Said's victory over the European and British semi-contact middleweight champion Michael Hemming allowed him to "withdraw" due to injury in the second round. He fought the vast majority of his career in both semi-contact and lightweight championships. However, he had at least 3 fights that he fought under kickboxing rules. His martial arts skills, highlighted by his ability to kick an opponent's head while spinning 360 degrees, and his good looks led to starring roles in higher budget films but in the meantime, his personal life was falling apart. A divorce, followed by a new marriage, followed by another divorce. But he tried to give his audience the best, and his acting improved in those films, becoming more emotional and each film basically had different action tones.
