Season 1:

Tree Jizz & TazzyDabz
Episode 1: Tree Jizz & TazzyDabz (Apr 20, 2019)
The opening episode of Dope State, a spoof on VICE reportage in the cannabis boom. In this episode, overeager dealer-turned-weedtrepreneur Simon "Birdman" Greene is caught in the middle of developing his new risky THC energy drink, while problematic social media influencer/dab girl/rapper @TazzyDabz pivots from dabbing to giving back through awareness campaigns.
No Country for Old Hippie
Episode 2: No Country for Old Hippie (Apr 27, 2019)
The second episode opens with independent cannabis journalist Tyler Gopnik (Gabriel Sunday) meeting up with his first and only cannabis dealer, Cooter (Dan Harmon). The Dope State crew then travels up to Mendocino to visit Martin and Journey Rose (Sunday and Linda Walton), aging Boomer owners of a bud and breakfast, as they serve their friends an infused meal, tend to their pot plants and lament the changing NorCal landscape. When the law comes knocking, Tyler and the crew attempt a misguided intervention.
Silicon Valley
Episode 3: Silicon Valley (May 04, 2019)
Cannabis journalist Tyler Gopnik (Sunday) takes his crew upstate to tour a cannabis and hemp venture capital firm at the hands of "Main Money Guy" Paul Standinghpin (Jay Johnston), who shows Gopnik the ropes (and some spreadsheets). Hungry for excitement, Gopnik heads over to meet "marijuana's Bruce Wayne [and] computer whiz-kid billionaire" Elon Shparker (Adrian Grenier) for some sci-fi realness in the spacious warehouse facilities of his holographic cannabis startup.
Revolution
Episode 4: Revolution (May 11, 2019)
Independent cannabis journalist Tyler Gopnik hits the streets amid protests for cannabis legalization. A Berkeley dispensary risks collapse. Hollywood influencer @TazzyDabz is back and busy following up some bad press with efforts to convince her friends that she's not racist. The show also checks in with THC energy drink producer Birdman and the rest of his crew as they try to make a viral commercial and throw an unforgettable party for Chico, California.
D.A.D.D.Y.
Episode 5: D.A.D.D.Y. (May 18, 2019)
Episode five brings freelance cannabis journalist Tyler Gopnik (Gabriel Sunday) up against anti-cannabis activists. In San Bernardino, we meet meme-happy Marcus Wilkerson (Sunday), founder of D.A.D.D.Y. (Dads Against Drugs Destroying Youth), along with his family and very close social circle of daddies in what ends up as a tragic episode.
Women-A-Juana
Episode 6: Women-A-Juana (May 25, 2019)
The season finale of Dope State takes freelance cannabis journalist Tyler Gopnik (Gabriel Sunday) to the farthest reaches of women's involvement in the cannabis industry. He interviews underground grower Shatterpig (Sam Jay). Gopnik meets Gina and Theresa (Chelsea Skidmore and Nina Tarr) of beauty brand Bud, Bath and Beyond for a traumatic cannabis soak. He then interviews medical CBD oil patient and her caregiver (Avital Ash), who ends up getting Gopnik's wires crossed.
