Season 1:
Efsun works as a dermatologist in a village in Gaziantep and lives happily on the farm with her father. She hears from her mother, Pervin, who left them 21 years ago and hasn't seen her since. Pervin, a famous plastic surgeon, wants to see her daughter one last time. Efsun, who comes to Istanbul with Emir, the driver sent by Pervin, encounters a big surprise. Neither her mother nor the driver who brought her is telling the truth. Istanbul, which she came to for a day, will change Efsun's whole life irreversibly.
The kiss of Efsun and Emir upsets all the balances, and they become even tenser. Efsun makes a big mistake while trying to prove herself to both Emir and the whole team. This mistake destroys Efsun because of her secret from the past. Emir will come to her aid when she feels most helpless.
Worried that the truth about her being a surgeon will be revealed, Efsun is unaware that Emir is keeping an even bigger secret from her. Emir and Kaya's secret operation of Pervin's operation causes confusion. While Efsun tries to prove that Emir is performing surgery outside the clinic, Serpil begins to think that Kaya is cheating on her. On the other hand, Emir is in danger of appearing before the board because of the patient who returned from the dead because she hid the results of her medical history. When Ali Bıçakçı starts working at the clinic, it causes tension between Kaya and Pervin. Emir, on the other hand, has fits of jealousy because of the closeness between Ali and Efsun. This will speed up the negotiations with investors and clinics. Meanwhile, Efsun tries to find other ways for Emir to stay at the clinic. Emel Müftüoğlu's arrival at the clinic as a patient complicates matters.

Emir's fear after Efsun's shooting pushes him to a life of nature that he never expected. The threat of Filiz continues, and the fact that Filiz cannot be caught keeps everyone on their toes. What Emir says while Efsun is in a coma will push Efsun to take steps that will change his life, and will be the beginning of an adventure he will take to reach Emir.
Emir and Efsun want to start their new life together at the farm in Gaziantep. However, Filiz's danger is not over for them or the team. When Emir and Efsun overcome all obstacles and come to Ayntab, a surprise awaits them. What happens in Antep will change everyone's lives.
