Season 2:
While Bubbles (Ivana Alawi) informs Tanggol (Coco Martin) about his responsibilities as one of Dolores’ (Jaclyn Jose) so-called trustees, Warden Balacutan (Robert Seña) punishes Bong’s (Vandolph Quizon) group. Primo (Lito Lapid) tells Rigor (John Estrada) that Augustus (Julio Diaz) is planning to kill him during his transfer to another prison.
Tindeng (Charo Santos) fumes with rage upon seeing the poster Roda (Joel Lamangan) made. Augustus (Julio Diaz) and Col. Suarez (King Gutierrez) try to convince Rigor (John Estrada) to accept his promotion. While searching for work, Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) learns from Kap that there is a boxing coach nearby.
While the rest of the group stands by Primo's (Lito Lapid) side, Lucio (Ronnie Lazaro) decides to part ways with them as Amanda (Lorna Tolentino) blames Yolly (Deborah Sun) for her parents' deaths. Tindeng (Charo Santos) and Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) argue when the latter discovers more of what her mother has been keeping from her.
Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) confirms that Tindeng (Charo Santos) and Noy (Lou Veloso) are hiding something important from her after learning that Myrna (Myrna Castillo) received a large sum from Enteng (Jojit Lorenzo). Tanggol, (Coco Martin), Mokang (Lovi Poe) and Bubbles (Ivana Alawi) board a train as they try to run away from Ramon and his men.
Lawrence's (Paolo Gumabao) animosity toward Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) intensifies upon seeing the janitor interacting with Annika (Dexie Diaz) at the gym. While Tanggol (Coco Martin) refuses to leave Mokang (Lovi Poe) behind, Olga (Irma Adlawan) creeps in with a different plan in mind.
Santino (Ronwaldo Martin) and Lawrence (Paolo Gumabao) vie to become Kamao Gym’s sole representative in the upcoming invitational cup. Mando (Allan Paule) warns Rigor (John Estrada) that Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) is growing suspicious of his relationship with Lena (Mercedes Cabral). The dangerous chase between Ramon (Christopher De Leon) and Tanggol (Coco Martin) ends in a tragedy.
As Ramon (Christopher De Leon) returns home unaware of Monique's (Lovi Poe) whereabouts following the shootout, Olga (Irma Adlawan) puts on a concerned facade and keeps the truth even from David (McCoy De Leon). Tanggol (Coco Martin) vows to avenge Mokang's (Lovi Poe) death as he lays his most beloved woman to rest.
Ramon (Christopher De Leon) vows to move heaven and earth to find and reclaim Mokang (Lovi Poe). Dolores (Jaclyn Jose) panics when Rigor (John Estrada) and Mando (Allan Paule) visit the correctional facility to investigate the recent raid in Quiapo, unaware that Tanggol (Coco Martin) and Bubbles (Ivana Alawi) have already returned.
