Season 1:
In a quiet and peaceful city, taxi drivers dream of long journeys, tax exemptions and public transport lanes to Brann Stadium. Football supporters dream of beating Rosenborg. The farmers dream of more predator compensation and subsidies, and others again, dream of becoming celebrities. The police also have very quiet days, until the chief collection officer at the Kemner office in Bergen is found dead in the boot of a taxi, suffocated by a Rosenborg scarf.
The chief collection officer at the Kemner office in Bergen has been found dead in Martin Nilsen's taxi, suffocated by a Rosenborg scarf. By the corpse lies a Lypsyl, and a trønder with dry lips has spent the night with Jeanette, the laundry help for Bergen Taxi. Maybe he is behind the murder?
The head of debt collection is dead, and rumors are swirling in Bergen. Will the murder mystery ever be solved? And will detective Ann Holt be able to add two and two together, without a calculator?
Investigator Ann Holt scouts the football match between Brann and Rosenborg. When she sees that Konta, the fire supporter, is both using lypsyl and has a letter from the fireman in his pocket, the matter is complicated - he must be the murderer!
Investigator Ann Holt uses both a lie detector and a cadaver dog in the interrogations of the Brann supporter and the parking meter director. Does she get any good answers?
The town of Six-Seven Mountains has been rocked by yet another crime: Someone has stolen the videotapes of the Amish lady's artwork! Does it have anything to do with the murder?
Inspector Ann Holt is, as usual, out on the field, but her assistant, Gunnar Veum, is beginning to get closer to a solution to the murder mystery.
Investigator Gunnar Veum has found that the murder was most likely committed on a farm with sheep and installation art. The taxi drivers and switchboard ladies have also had a taste of it. Who gets there first? And will they find the killer?
