Ballet
Go-Joe finds his friends Luca and Alana stretching up to reach balloons that are touching the ceiling. It reminds him of a nursery rhyme and he sings it while they stretch up. When Sarah-Jane arrives she thinks they all might like to try a special kind of dancing called Ballet, where they can do lots of bending and stretching to music.

Season 1:
Go-Joe meets his friends Karson and Emma-Jane to play on their space hoppers. They have great fun bouncing around and when Sarah Jane arrives, all this bouncing gives her an idea. She takes them to a gymnastics class where the children bounce on a trampoline, jump off the vault and swing from the uneven bars.
Go-Joe visits his friends Tyler and Poppie, who are planting tomato seeds. Go-Joe likes the idea of planting things and when Sarah-Jane arrives, she takes them to plant trees in a woodland reserve. Tyler, Poppie and Go-Joe dig holes, plant the tree saplings and water them. Then they play a fun game called Leaf Bingo.
Join in with the actions and see what the ground looks like from up high with Sarah-Jane, Go-Joe and two young friends, as they get a sense of climbing at an indoor climbing wall. When Go-Joe arrives to play with his friends Adam and Zoe, he finds them on the climbing frame in the garden. Go-Joe climbs to the top and when Sarah-Jane arrives that gives her an idea. She takes the three of them to try out indoor climbing at a special climbing wall.
Go-Joe joins his friends Khadijha and Laurie and they ride their bicycles at the park. Sarah-Jane sees them having fun on their bikes and it gives her an idea. She takes them try out a special kind of bike riding BMX. They learn how to ride the bumps on a BMX track with a special instructor.
Join in with all the steps and dance the Cha Cha Cha as Sarah-Jane takes Go-Joe and two young friends to a dance class. Go-Joe, Casey and Daniel are playing a 'copy the dance moves' game. When Sarah-Jane arrives, she joins in with the game and it gives her an idea. She takes them to a Ballroom Dancing class, where they learn the basic steps to a Cha Cha Cha rhythm. They have great fun and the whole class dress up in costumes to perform together.
Go Joe plays on a slide with his friends Kai and Keileigh. Sarah Jane has a go too and this gives her an idea. She takes them all to have a ski lesson at an indoor ski slope and at first it's very cold and slippery. But once they've all got their special ski clothes and boots on, they quickly start to learn the basics and have lots of fun.
Go-Joe plays skittles with his friends Charly and Jodie. Sarah-Jane arrives and she joins in with their game too and this gives her an idea. She takes them ten-pin bowling at a bowling alley. There they put on special bowling shoes; learn how to hold the ball and how to bowl it properly.
Go-Joe and his friends Aurther and Jessica are being racing cars and using plastic plates as pretend steering wheels. This gives Sarah-Jane an idea and she takes them all to a race track, to learn how to drive a mini go-kart. They put on special race suits and learn how to steer and use the foot pedal. They even get to ride on the big track with the instructor.
Go-Joe is feeling musical and when he visits his friends Anandaleen and Alessandro he finds them playing a 'clap and repeat' game. They form a 'kitchen band' with saucepans and wooden spoons and when Sarah-Jane arrives she gets an idea. She takes them all to meet Alain, who teaches them how to play a Samba rhythm on a drum.

Go-Joe's friends Margaux and Nathan are in the back garden on their scooters. Go-Joe joins in and they have lots of fun riding around. Sarah-Jane thinks that they might like to try something similar, so she takes them to a skate park to have a proper skateboard lesson. They learn how to jump on and off the board safely and even get to ride down some of the ramps with the instructor!
Go-Joe and his friends Jack and David are playing piggy in the middle with a ball in the garden. When Sarah-Jane arrives, their throwing and catching game gives her an idea. She takes the boys to join in with a children's rugby lesson, where they learn how to hold the oval ball, how to score a try and how to kick a goal.
When Go-Joe sees his friends Casey and Jacob, they are walking about and trying to balance bean bags on their heads. Sarah-Jane tries to balance the bean bags too and this gives her an idea. She takes the children to have a circus skills lesson and try different kinds of balancing. They try stilt walking, tightrope walking and swing from a low trapeze.
Go-Joe visits his friends Ugne and Aaron. They are playing the Cup and Ball game. Sarah-Jane arrives and their game gives her an idea about a different sport that involves hitting a ball into a cup. She takes them all to a golf driving range where they join a lesson and learn some of the basic skills. They use different types of clubs, and play around obstacles such as mini trees and sand bunkers.
When Go-Joe visits Adam and Leah, he's really hot from his journey. His friends make him a cool, refreshing drink. They make one for Sarah-Jane too and the ice in the drink gives her an idea. She takes them all to an ice rink to put on skates and have a skating lesson on the slippery surface.
Arjun and Anna are playing an elastic bat and ball game when Go-Joe arrives. Sarah-Jane has a go with the bat and ball too and this gives her an idea. She takes the children to join in with a tennis lesson and learn some key skills to help them play the game. The exercises are easy to practise at home too; you don't have to have a net!
What's it like to climb up high on a horse and ride around? It's time to find out and join in with Sarah-Jane, Go-Joe and two young friends as they visit a stables and learn to ride. Go-Joe and his two friends Jarno and Lauren are playing on their hobby horses. When Sarah-Jane arrives it gives her an idea: she takes them learn to ride real horses! At the stables they get kitted out in boots and a hat and join a lesson with some other children. Go-Joe meets the ponies and finds out about their colours. The children learn how to hold the reins and even get to have a go at trotting!
Nyeem and Holly show Go-Joe how to fold and fly a paper aeroplane. Sarah-Jane has a go too and this sets her thinking about other things you can learn to fly. She takes the children to the park and they learn how to assemble and fly a simple kite. They have lots of fun and even get to help fly the instructor's two-string kite.
Finn, Grace and Go Joe are playing a flip-the-frogs on the lily pads game. When Sarah-Jane arrives, their game gives her an idea. She takes the children pond-dipping, where they get to find out about some of the exciting creatures that can live in ponds, including sticklebacks, pond snails and tadpoles. Go-Joe learns how tadpoles grow into frogs.
Tristan, Erin and Go Joe are outside playing a ball-in-the-bucket game. It's great fun and it's not long before Sarah Jane feels their energy and appears in the garden. She takes the children to join a Ball Skills class, where they play lots of fun games including one called 'feeding the dragon!' These games teach the children how to throw, catch and control balls with different parts of their bodies all useful skills for playing sports such as football, netball, basketball and tennis.
Sarah-Jane takes two young friends and their dogs to a dog agility class for the first time. Go-Joe meets his friends Ellie and Harvey, who are grooming their dogs. When Sarah-Jane joins them, it gives her an idea. She takes them all to get active with their pet pooches at a dog agility course! The children learn how to race with their dogs around the course, sending their canine friends through tunnels and over hurdles and other obstacles. It's great fun and great exercise, whether you are on two legs or four.
When Go-Joe arrives to meet his friends Callum and Macie, they are playing in a fabulous den they've built in the living room, using empty boxes and blankets. Sarah-Jane feels their energy and this gives her a great idea of where to take them on their Mighty-Mites journey: to a campsite! Callum and Macie get to grips with the mallet for the tent pegs and have a race pumping up the air mattresses!
Sarah-Jane takes Go-Joe and his friends Isla and Oliver to join in with a group of children preparing for a performance. They learn to sing a song about going to the zoo and practise the actions to go with the words. You can join in at home too! The children also make brilliant animal masks to wear for their big performance on the stage!
When Go-Joe arrives to see his friends Feena and Pablo, they are playing a 'sink or float' game with objects in the paddling pool. Sarah-Jane joins them and their game gives her an idea: she takes them to a swimming pool to meet Kalie, who teaches them how to swim on their backs and dive for things that have sunk to the bottom of the pool - just like in their game! They also learn how to dive safely into the water.
Go-Joe's friends Tegan and Sam have invited him to do some painting. When Sarah-Jane arrives too she sees their hand paintings and it gives her an idea. She takes the children to have a pottery painting lesson. There are lots of different ways to decorate the pottery. Sam learns how to bubble paint and Tegan tries using sponge shapes.
