Season 1:
To be in power after being barred from the upcoming elections, Peethambaran, the long-standing Panchayat president, convinces his niece to contest. Will Malavika agree?
Realising the trouble she invited, Malavika and her aunt scheme to intentionally lose the election. Finally, she seeks the help of Psycho Balachandran.
Winning by one vote, a reluctant Malavika becomes the Panchayat president. After spurning Malavika, Sreekuttan's desire to wed backfires each time he goes bride-seeing.
With the mahout's son missing from the village, the Panchayat president Malavika faces a crisis. Sneha confesses her love for Sreekuttan, and he finally feels hopeful.
When Sreekuttan's shop faces a crisis, he blames Malavika and vows revenge against her. Little does he know the cause of his problem is someone else.
