Umm Mounir writes over the house to Ishtar. Meanwhile, Journalist Momtaz wages a war against Ne'ima, a woman rights activist, for preaching what she doesn't practice as she neglects her own daughter.
Fearing that her husband might leave her, Ne'ima travels with him, with a growing sense of guilt towards her daughter culminating. Meanwhile, Ragha ruins Rola's engagement.
As Ishtar passes her high-school exams, she applies for post-high school studies at an institute where she meets Tahseen and befriends Nermine.
Ishtar's growing infatuation with Dr. Ramez is shortlived as she learns that Nermine also has a crush on him. It turns out that Ramez only wanted to wed Nermine because of her father's fortune.
As Tahseen tries to hint at his feelings for Ishtar, she doesn't reciprocate his feelings. She still fancies Ramez, who clearly wants to take advantage of her naivete.
Tahseen is shocked to learn that Ishtar has a crush on Ramez. As Ramez figures out that Ishtar is to inherit her grandmother's house, he plots to approach her to seize her wealth.
Following her grandmother's death, Ishtar's father and Tahseen stand by the grief-stricken Ishtar. Ishtar inherits the house and prepares to wed Ramez.
As Mounir learns of Ramez's vile intentions, he refuses to wed him Ishtar. However, Ramez convinces Ishtar to write over the house to him so they would get married and travel together.
As Ishtar writes over the house to Ramez, she is in for the shock of a lifetime as he travels and leaves her behind. Ishtar's father futilely tries to locate Ramez.
Upon learning that Ramez sold the grandmother's house, Ishtar and her father are shocked. Falak returns home and decides to take Ishtar to Paris with her.
Ishtar's aunt dismisses the girl's wish to pursue a career as a singer. Falak leaves the country and entrusts Gawdat Pasha with Ishtar. Gawdat decides that Ishtar should have a makeover to look pretty and attractive.
As Gawadt supports Ishtar, she prepares for having a number of plastic surgeries. Following the surgeries, Ishtar becomes as enchanting as Aphrodite.
Gawdat tries to instill self-confidence in Ishtar. Ishtar starts learning the basics of singing, while Gawdat doesn't approve of her acting like herself.
Ishtar leaves Gawdat's house when she realizes he only helped her because she bears a resemblance to his deceased wife. A situation made worse when he prohibits her from having interviews.
Gawdat passes away, leaving Ishtar to feel guilty. However, it turns out he allocated monthly pay to support her after his death. Ishtar resumes her career as a singer and buys the lyrics to a new song.
When Emad double-crosses Ishtar, Mousa helps her. Ishtar starts collaborating with Monsieur Jean. Thanks to Mousa, Waguih hears Ishtar's charming voice and decides to make a star out of her.
Naseeb is worried about Ishtar. Falak returns home and stands by Ishtar. Ishtar's new song is a smash hit, prompting the launch of a video clip.
Ishtar travels to Egypt to shoot her video clip. In Egypt, Mr. Medhat gives her a leg-up.
It is revealed that Waguih is an opportunistic person, merely interested in taking advantage of Ishtar's talent. Ishtar's rising star shines all around the Arab world. Ishtar finds a new producer rather than Waguih.
Ishtar cancels her contract with Waguih and signs a contract with a new company, but she faces new trouble in the form of Madeline. As Ishtar becomes increasingly famous, her business manager, Joseph, wants her to travel to America on a tour.
Falak tries to convince Ishtar to pay her father a visit, but she doesn't have the guts for it. Upon learning that Ramez is the owner of the advertising agency, Ishtar plots her revenge on him.
Ishtar tells Tahseen of all she has been through. As she visits her family, they're shocked at how she has changed. Ishtar's father forgives her but urges her to abandon her life as a singer.
Ramez takes advantage of Luna's love for him only to torture her. As Luna warns Ishtar about Ramez, Ishtar vows revenge.
Ramez adopts his old practices as he tells Ishtar he loves her. Ishtar informs her aunt about Ramez and his schemes in order to warn her.
Ishtar tells Ramez she is already seeing someone. Momtaz decides to publish Ishtar's pictures before the surgeries just to make money out of it.
Ishtar starts implementing her plan to ruin Ramez's life. Umm Nedal (Nedal's mother) warns Ishtar against Momtaz. Ramez frames Luna for a crime she hasn't committed just to get rid of her.
Luna's parents beg Ishtar to help them. Meanwhile, Ramez learns the truth about Ishtar and plots to take revenge on her.
Ishtar's attempts to expose Ramez are thwarted. Old pictures of Ishtar are published, and Umm Nedal tells Ishtar that Momtaz works for Ramez. Ishtar loses consciousness as she feels defeated.
