Keisuke Takatou wakes up in a featureless white room, unaware of how and when he arrived. While exploring his whereabouts, he notices six familiar girls huddled around a large monitor—his childhood friend Kanae Hokari, the class president Miyakou Ando, his English teacher Natsuki Aoi, his junior Rika Makiba, and his classmates Rinne Byakuya and Nemu Manaka. As they attempt to make sense of their current situation, a voice suddenly declares through the monitor, "The game will now begin." The rules of the game are simple yet brutal; assigned as the "unlocker," Keisuke must select one of the girls as his "keyhole" and violate her in a specific manner. The protagonist Takatou Keisuke finds himself trapped in a mystrious sealed white room. With him is childhood friend Hokari Kanae, class chairman Andou Miyako, junior Makiba Rika, English teacher Aoi Natsuki, and his fellow classmates Byakuya Rinne and Manaka Nemu. A mysterious voice breaks over the speaker declaring, "The game is about to start." In order for them to escape they must play this game where the Takutou Keisuke is the “key”, the six ladies are the “keyhole” and that they have to perform specified unreasonable, radical, and immoral sex acts to “unlock” their freedom.
With the loss of the class chairman Andou Miyako to electrocution and classmate Manaka Nemu's deflowering in bondage play, protagonist Takutou Keisuke now chooses childhood friend Hokari Kanae as the next "keyhole" to "unlock". What he doesn't know is the hellish play that will unfold. The depravity of each progressive game unfolds a lurking dark desire in Takutou Keisuke as the other ladies watch him employs scat play, nose hooks, and electric shock play.
