Ollie can't find his hat - and that puts him in a bad mood. When he and Stan try to put up a radio aerial on his roof so they can hear Japan that doesn't much improve his temper. The final straw comes as he is atop a ladder on a runaway car driven (more like guided) by Stan in the driving seat... Their timing is great, but it is just a bit too "anything can go wrong will go wrong" for me. It has a fun jazzy accompaniment and certainly still raises a chuckle.
