In Our Name is an unfussy low budget film examining the impact of Post Traumatic Stress on a female army veteran of the Iraq war. After returning home Suzy (Joanne Froggatt) is having problems adjusting with her young daughter and her volatile husband who is also in the army but he enjoyed killing Iraqis. Suzy feels haunted by the death of a little girl in Iraq. Her husband thinks she might be unfaithful as she is not having sex with him. We see her descent as she goes to her daughter's school to talk about her army experience. You see the nasty of her and her husband as they beat up an asian taxi driver. Suzy knows she has to escape her husband but in doing so she might put her own daughter in danger. A good performance by Froggatt, but this is a slight story.
