One night, Emperor Teng Tai Chung dreamed of young man dressing in white who has rescued him from some critical moments. The dream was explained as a good omen. The young man in white was known as SIT YAN KWAI of Lung Mun province in Shanshi. Commander Cheung, who has been assigned by the Emperor to look for Sit, intended to kill Sit instead of bringing him to the capital. Sit was appointed by his father to collect money from their debtors. Being kind-hearted in nature, Sit gave money to their debtors. Chau Ching, who cheated to earn a living, was requested by Sit's father to cure Sit of his dumbness. Yet Sit became the colleague of Chau in his tricky games. They were caught red-handed in one incident and Sit was shocked to cry out loud and his voice was restored.
Sit's father was seriously ill, Chau Ching lied that the misfortune could be cast away by glittering the Lor Hon statues. Unluckily, Sit's father was enraged to death when he knew that this act cost him 3000 pieces of silver money, Sit's uncle took the opportunity to grasp all the property inherited to Sit. Poor and penniless, Sit and Chau depended on Sit's uncle whose miserliness made them leave. Feeling desperate, they committed suicide but finally they gave up because of unbearable pain. Later they met a spoilt lady Chuen who forced Chau to marry her. They made her drunk and fled to the splendid house of Lao. There Sit encountered Lao's lady Kam Fa for the first time and was deeply impressed by her.
Yan Kwai met Kam Fa and was captivated by her beauty Sit and Chau disguised as servants to work in Lao's house. They were soon discovered due to Sits constant foolish mistakes. Yet; they were permitted to stay as they promised a free service. Fa was depressed since her father forced her to marry the wealthy Master Siu. Chau advised Sit to please Fa who was impressed by his character. Sit and Fa went around sight-seeing, so .their love grew. Chau, in order to get Madam Ku away from Fa, pretended to be seriously ill so as to win her care. As General Cheung came to raise troops, Lao failing to recommend Tai Hung, ordered him to approach Cheung's daughter, Po Chi. With the aid of Sit and Chau, Hung finally managed to get in touch with Po, who gave sit and Chau a drubbing after, discovering their tricks.
The Love between Sit and Fa was met with many set-backs Knowing that Sit was being scolded by General Cheung, Fa went to visit him. Sit grabbed the opportunity to gain her sympathy. Lao's plan in ingratiating General Cheung was ruined by Sit. So Sit and Chau were being punished to collect fire wood. Po met Tung Kwei, a bandit, on her, way hunting. Kwei who had affection for Po, seek help from Uncle Bill and Uncle Kong in trying to kidnap her. Hoping to take revenge, Chau and Sit disguised as ghost to frighten Po. Sit in saving Po from Chau's injury soon gained her affection. Po was so jealous of the love between Sit and Fa that she even dealt with the robbers to kidnap Fa, who was then forced to marry Tung. Sit fled to save her. Not knowingly, Lao misunderstood that the two had had a sexual relationship and was fainted from anger. Fa was being shut up by Lao so that she and Sit could not meet.… ...

Fearing that Sit would be found out by Emperor Teng. General Cheung lied that Sit was being pursued by the Emperor and persuaded him to change his name to Sit Lai. To prevent any unnecessary troubles', Cheung ordered Lieutenant Ha to reprove Sit so that he would leave the army voluntarily. Po pleaded with Cheung for Sit but received scolding from him instead. He also forbade Po never to disclose the true identity of Sit. Chau helped Fa to steal into the camp to meet Sit and their secret meeting was soon discovered. Emperor Teng holds a boxing contest to elect the vanguard for the East Expedition. Chau recommended Sit to represent the military cook to participate but was being obstructed by Cheung. Tung took part instead but was nearly beaten to death. Sit arrived just in time to defeat all the others and saved him. Yet, Hien pretended that he was Sit.… ...
Yan Kwai, in his effort to save Po Chi, had a desperate fight with Coy Hien was defeated by Sin Tin Hung, the barbarian general, so Cheung commanded Sit to attack the barbarian troops and gave him three arrows as his only weapon. With the help of Chau and Kwei, Sit with his greatest endeavor, finally killed Sin and conquered the Tin Shan City. The Emperor was delighted. Hien, under his pretence, got the merit again. Coy failed in his machination against Sit and was defeated by him. Mui advised him to be patient and to wait until their fatal Kung Fu, 'Thunderous Fire' had become proficient. By then, they could fight Sit jointly. Sit, Chau and Kwei had a quarrel with the barbarian amasser, Kay and Chau even seized his tribute, which was then confiscated by Hien. Cheung took the tribute and offered them to the Emperor, who soon discovered the truth and reprimanded him.… ...
Sit Man Chit discovered Cheung's evil plot and was killed Sit finally managed to defeat Coy and saved Po. Kay met Coy and persuaded him to help him to fight against Emperor Teng. After careful consideration, Coy agreed. The Emperor was bored by the life within the camp and wanted to go to Mt. Phoenix. Kay and Coy besotted Emperor Teng and his army. General Ching forced his way out to seek reinforcement and was being captured by Kay. Sit Man Chit disguised himself and forced his way out to seek reinforcement, but was being pursued by the barbarian troops. At the critical moment, he met Sit and was saved by him. Sit told Chit his true identity and brought him to Cheung's place. Knowing that his plot was being discovered, Cheung wanted to kill Chit to prevent him from leaking his secrets. Chit learnt about his evil and escaped away hurriedly. Emperor Teng was besieged by Kay and was in grave danger.… ...
Yan Kwai save Emperor Teng again Amongst the .state of confusion, Coy embraced the opportunity to kill Emperor Teng. Sit arrived just in time to defeat Coy and saved the Emperor, Teng requested Sit to stay behind. Yet Sit, fearing that he would be recognized, hurried away in fright. In stopping him, General Ching tore off one of his sleeve. Emperor Teng ordered Ching to base on the torn sleeve to find out who saved him. Hien defrauded Sit of his torn coat to deceive the Emperor. Believing that he was Sit, Emperor Teng generously rewarded him. Yet, General Ching felt suspicious about the whole incident. Sit; Chau and Kwei were directed to the Chow City to purchase supplies. There they discovered that all the strong young men of the city were being kidnapped by a female friend. That fiend was in fact Mui Yuet Ying.… ...
Yan Kwai expiated his faults by merits Coy forced Chau and Kwei to swallow some -Supernatural Blood pills. Fortunately; Sit arrived just in time to save them. Although Chau and Kwei were saved, the money for buying the supplies was lost. To avoid punishment, they cheated Cheung saying that the money was seized away by the bandits. However, Cheung soon found out the truth, so the three men were being imprisoned. Po agreed to plead for their guilt on condition that Sit would divorce Fa. Sit strongly refused but was blamed by Chau. This led to a quarrel between the two. However, through the mediation by Kwei, they finally befriend with each other again. Meanwhile, Fa gave birth to a boy and a girl who were named Ting Shan and Kam Lin. To Fa, the future would be bright and joyful. Cheung begged Po to help Sit and the others and finally managed to move her.… ...
Mui Yuet Ying plotted to kill Yau Kwai secretly Chau and Kwei waited outside the bandit's stronghold to act as Sit's reinforcement. However, they were soon discovered and were captured. Sit, in order to save them, was forced to reveal his identity. He managed to defeat the bandits and took back the supplies. Chau and Kwei's greed for the treasures in the bandit’s stronghold took them back the following night. They were discovered and were captured; they made use of the Supernatural Blood pills and caused the bandits to fight with each other for them. Just then, Coy and Mui arrived. Mui killed the two bandits that had swallowed the pills and drank all their blood. Coy wanted to kill Chau and Kwei, yet Sit was in time to save them. Mui, having attained proficiency in her Supernatural Blood skills, plotted to kill Sit. She disguised as a poor village woman to win Po's custody.… ...
Yau Kwai fell into Mui Yuet Ying's spell Sit was hurt by Mui's secret attack. At the critical moment, Chau arrived and tricked her away. Po went to visit Sit but was given a cold shoulder. Mui took the opportunity to please Po by ensuring her . that she could make Sit loved her, willingly. Afterwards, Mui enchanted Sit through her spell which caused Sit to start loving Po; so the two fell in love at once. Seeing that Sit had such a sudden change in character, Chau and Kwei questioned him but were met with indifference. General Cheung killed in order to avoid leakage of his evil secrets Although Mui and Coy managed to control Sit by means of their incantation, they failed to find the Heavenly Book. Feeling sure that Chau had possession of the same, she threatened him to hand it over to her with Sit's life. Chau took the Heavenly Book and went to save Sit. By accident, he damped the Book with water and words immediately appeared on it. Later, Chau, Kwei, Po and Chuen co-operated together to fight Coy and Mui. Although danger persisted, they finally managed to save Sit, Soon after Sit's recovery, he resumed his indifference towards Po which greatly despressed her. Coy offered his service to the barbarian Emperor, Kam Yuen Kwei. Mui objected and went away alone. Coy led his barbarian troops to invade Emperor Teng. With the help of Sit, Hien managed.-to defeat them.… ...
Yan Kwai managed to save his own life by splitting the cave General Cheung drew Sit, Chau and Kwei to a cave. with the hope of exploding them to death. Po hastened to their rescue but failed. Luckily, Sit managed to 'split open the cave and escaped, However, Cheung thought that they were all killed. Cheung released General Ching from prison. Ching hurried to tell the Emperor the true story and took him to the temple to find Sit. As Sit was already gone, Emperor Teng reproved Ching. Sit and his friends hid inside a hut but were soon found by Hien. They fled away and by mistake went into the house of two sprites. Fortunately, they managed to expel them and relieved themselves from danger. The two sprites went to seek help from Lady Gold Snake. Incidentally, Mui and Madam Poisonous Flower were also there.… ...

Cheung, seeing that there was no way out, he went to seek support from the Korean Emperor. Through his merits, Sit was rewarded the honour. of Second Commander-in-chief by the Emperor. Cheung, in order to secure the trust of the Korean Emperor, guided him the way to capture Emperor Teng.… ...
Mui Yuet Ying pretended to be Kam Fa and killed Po Chi Sit led his troops for the East Expedition and made many triumphs and conquered many lands. One day, Fa suddenly appeared in the camp. Sit was overjoyed to be able to meet his beloved wife again. Having learnt about the reunion of the couple upset Po, Later, she found that Fa was strange in her behavior, so she observed her closely. After discovering that Fa was actually Mui in disguise, she hurried to tell Sit but was met with disbelief. In order to prove the truth, Po went to kill Mui but failed and got killed herself. With her. last breath she told the truth to Sit, who, in his Fury, went to kill Mui immediately. Chau stopped him and advised him to plan for his act. Sit used the remaining half of the Heavenly Book to draw Mui to the Moon Booth. The three men attacked her jointly and Chau was being kidnapped away.… ...

As Chau discovered that Mui needed to drink more human blood to increase her power, Kwei risked his own life by poisoning himself. Chau and Sit then tricked Mui to take the poisoned blood of Kwei which greatly weakened her power. Sit finally managed to kill Mui. Meanwhile, Kwei was in serious danger. As Sit's blood was enriched with the quintessence of the nine bulls and two tigers, he transfused them to Kwei who was then finally saved.… ...
