Yoon Song Ah works as a marketer for a cosmetics brand. She enjoys her job and dreams of launching her own brand someday. Chae Hyun Seung is a fellow marketer who becomes attracted to Yoon Song Ah. He tries to develop a romantic relationship but Yoon Song Ah rebuffs his advances, not wishing to date younger men.

Season 1:
Chae Hyeon-Seung hints at wanting to be more than co-workers with Yoon Song-a, who intends to keep it professional. Then, he finds out she's taken.
Unable to watch from the sidelines any longer, Hyeon-seung takes Song-a to a dress shop, where she finds out why her office romance had to be a secret.
While preparing for an offsite event, the tension between Song-a and Hyeon-seung grows. Lee Jae-un learns that the woman of his dreams is unavailable.
Lee Jae-shin gives Hyeon-seung a hard time at work and tries to convince Song-a to come back to him, but his attempts only seem to backfire.
Song-a learns that Jae-shin signed her up for an opportunity in Europe. Hyeon-seung is assigned to another supervisor.
Even after declining the offer to work in Europe, Song-a remains torn on her decision. When a model is a no-show at a VIP event, Hyeon-seung steps in.
Song-a and Hyeon-seung pull an all-nighter at work together, but end up becoming more awkward than ever. News of Jae-shin’s wedding goes public.
Hoping to stay close to Song-a, Hyeon-seung chooses to bottle up his feelings for her. Jae-shin's father meets Lee Hyo-ju with his usual demands.
Hyeon-seung comes down with a fever after an important presentation. Song-a's mom makes an unannounced visit and demands more of her daughter's time.
Song-a goes on leave to care for her mother. The brand manager of another cosmetics company tries to sway Hyeon-seung to his side.
When another brand copies Hyeon-seung's idea, Jae-un suggests launching the same product. Song-a proposes a plan that could set them apart.
Jae-un and Song-a clear the air, but fail to stop the rumors from spreading. A beauty influencer posts a biting review of a product for views.
With a manager, Song-a opens up about career concerns she's unable to discuss with Hyeon-seung. She receives another chance to go to Europe.
Keeping busy with upcoming changes at work, Song-a puts her love life on hold. Hyeon-seung gets tied up with an urgent quality control issue.
Song-a returns to her old team and works alongside Hyeon-seung again. While his cold demeanor bothers her, she understands why it has to be this way.
Song-a goes all out to win Hyeon-seung back, but he fears they're repeating the same mistake again. Chae Ji-seung offers a word of advice.
