Season 1:
Eight participants have taken on an extreme challenge - they must manage on their own in the Norwegian wilderness. With a few aids, they fight against the cold, hunger, wildlife and total isolation. The one who manages the longest wins.
A day has passed since eight competitors began their adventure in the Norwegian primeval forest. They quickly learn that the slightest slip can mean the end. Some of the participants have not eaten since the competition started and now it is urgent to get food.
Seven competitors are left in the battle to manage on their own in the Norwegian wilderness. They have arrived on their fifth day and have barely eaten any food at all. Now it is important to make the fishing work so that they do not lose control.
Six competitors are now facing the primordial force of nature, when strong winds whip over their camps. As the weather gets worse, the will to give up also becomes harder to resist during the long nights. Who will be the next person to give up?
Three of the participants have been forced to give up and cancel the competition. Now icy winds are rolling in and the cold is becoming harder to endure. Who will be the next person to leave?
Four fighters remain in the competition and now face storm winds that threaten to blow up their camps. Mental strength becomes crucial in resisting the will to give up.
After a month in the wilderness, the participants have lost a lot of weight. The weather is getting harder every day and the hunt for food is more challenging. Now it is important to stay healthy and strong to be able to continue.
The cold is taking an increasingly firm grip on the Norwegian primeval forest. The persistent rain causes water levels to rise and fishing to become increasingly difficult. Only the three strongest remain, but only one can stand victorious, alone in the wilderness.
The two strongest participants remain. In a final measurement of strength, they are set face to face with the raw strength of nature. Only one can stand as a winner - alone in the wilderness.
