Season 1:
Suffering from a rare disease, Ciara has been house-bound all her life. On her 18th birthday, she gets an unexpected visit from a friend she met online, Lucas, who promises to help her tick off every item on her short travel bucket list.
Growing suspicious about her illness, Ciara faces shocking revelations. Lucas appears to be hiding secrets of his own.
Ciara leaves Sta. Magdalena unannounced and embarks on a journey to find Lucas, completely unaware that she has fallen into the young man’s cunning tricks. Meanwhile, Ciara’s disappearance reopens old wounds from Melissa’s past.
Now that he is out of prison, Elias becomes even more determined to complete his revenge plot against Melissa with the help of Lucas. Everything goes smoothly until Lucas’ feelings for Ciara start getting in the way of their years-long plan.
Lucas and Ciara run away from Elias. Just when Lucas begins to imagine a future with no one but Ciara in it, the latter makes a painful discovery. Elias stops at nothing until he gets his hands on Ciara, oblivious of their deeper connection.
Elias abducts Ciara to finally exact revenge on Melissa for ruining his life. Lucas and Ciara’s parents desperately race against time to find and rescue her before it is too late.
