Season 1:
Insisting to be anonymous, Ismael (Dennis Trillo) secretly sends gifts to Diane (Andrea Torres) without revealing his identity. This secret didn't last however, because an untimely incident brought them closer to each other.
Now that Diane (Andrea Torres) has found her savior, she will try to get to know more of Ismael (Dennis Trillo) and his rich culture.
Marriam (Ashley Ortega) warns Diane (Andrea Torres) to stop mingling with Ismael (Dennis Trillo) because she believes they are already destined for each other. How will Dianne react to this?
Because of Marriam's (Ashley Ortega) eagerness to marry Ismael (Dennis Trillo), she makes up a story to force his family to arrange their marriage and to get rid of Diane (Andrea Torres).
Because of Marriam's (Ashley Ortega) continuing lies, her family used the law to force Ismael (Dennis Trillo) to marry her.

Ghazi (Kiko Matos) and his family suddenly attack Ismael (Dennis Trillo) because he didn't want to marry his niece, Marriam (Ashley Ortega). This eventually led into a bloody encounter that killed Naseer (Alfred Vargas) from saving his family.
Nasser's (Alfred Vargas) death brings tears and anger to Makadatu family. This made Nuriya (Irma Adlawan), the mother of Nasser, want Ismael (Dennis Trillo) to seek revenge for his son but karma has already done it for them.
Ismael (Dennis Trillo) is now set for another fixed marriage with his sister-in-law, Amirah (Alice Dixson). Will Jamilah (Shayne Sava) approve of this?

Diane (Andrea Torres) went to Marawi to surprise Ismael (Dennis Trillo) but she was the one got was surprised by Amirah's (Alice Dixson) shocking revelation.
Ismael (Dennis Trillo) proceeds to his wedding with Amirah (Alice Dixson) despite of Diane's (Andrea Torres) disapproval because he needs to follow their beliefs.
