After forgetting their anniversary, Anette’s husband Andres borrows a box of chocolates from their daughter. Ellen deals with her opinionated boss, Martina’s patience with her housemates wears thin, and Nadia meets to a new trainer.
Anette finds herself in an uncomfortable situation at work, Martina prepares for a gender-ending lecture, Ellen’s encounter with an old flame brings up troubling memories, and Nadia distracts herself with Diesel.
The friends’ weekly badminton game is derailed by distractions. Later, Anette and Andres seek couples therapy, Harald blames Martina for his latest misery, Ellen’s career comes to a halt, and Nadia gets to know Diesel more intimately.
