The Wrong Coast (2003)
The Wrong Coast is a Canadian stop-motion animated television show. The show emulates a Hollywood gossip show with fake news and features, and includes many parodies on Hollywood movies, often utilizing the voices of real stars. The theme song is performed by They Might Be Giants. The Wrong Coast was produced by Blueprint Entertainment, Cuppa Coffee Studios and Curious Pictures with stop-motion animation provided by Cuppa Coffee Studios. The series initially was to air for American audiences on AMC in December 2003 but never did, then in Canada on The Movie Network in April 2004. Teletoon has rebroadcast the original season in Canada since 19 August 2005. A French-dubbed version of the series, titled La Côte Ouest, aired in Canada on Télétoon. With no further episodes produced or announced, the show was apparently canceled after its only season.

Season 1:
A prodution assistant tries to blackmail Jameson and Debbie Sue with a tape of their behavior at the annual Christmas office party where both hosts got so drunk they can't remember a thing about it.
Debbie Sue hires an acting coach to help her win the part of a news reporter in a new movie and when Jameson found out he tries to show off his acting talents.
Debbie Sue is determined to ""connect"" with Jameson after a bad review highlights their lack of chemistry. But Jameson is distracted by the loss of his beloved pet ferret, Marty. Sketches include ""American Booty,"" ""Glengarry GlenCampbell,"" and ""My Big Fat Greek Matrix.""
Jameson and Debbie Sue are forced to think for themselves when their teleprompter breaks down. Jameson's attempt to ad-lib the news starts a vicious rumor that Kevin Spacey is trying to kill Queen Latifah. Sketches include ""First Wives Fight Club,"" ""Magical Black Men"" and ""Willie Shatner and the Chocolate Factory.""
Chaos reigns as a horde of man-eating tigers takes over the red carpet at the 76th Annual Big Gold Awards. Jameson and Debbie Sue cover the breaking news while showing clips of the Best Picture nominees. Sketches include ""When Harry Met Sally Struthers,"" ""Pizza Deliverance,"" and ""Flatch Adams.""
Debbie Sue brags that her newly acquired stalker is the ultimate celebrity status symbol, and an envious Jameson does whatever he can to attract his own stalker. While they argue over who is in the most danger, their stalkers become more interested in each other. Sketches include ""Sea Bisque,"" ""N.Y.P.D.A.D.D."" and ""Feasting for Famine.""
Jameson is shocked to find Debbie Sue on a list of Hollywood's Top Celebrity Salaries. His jealousy turns to ridicule, however, when he finds out the source of Debbie's extra income. Sketches include ""Dr. Cop Lawyer,"" ""Texas Chainsaw Manicure,"" and ""Crocodile Dundee Hunter.""
When Debbie Sue wins an Infy infotainment award, Jameson quits his job but then he quickly tries to woo his way back.
Romance blooms between Jameson and Debbie Sue when he inadvertently saves her from a falling stage light. The romance quickly deteriorates into mind games, however, and it isn't long before the tears are flowing. Sketches include ""The Onion Ring,"" ""Al Pacino's Sitcom,"" and ""How To Lose A Guy In 28 Days Later.""
Debbie Sue and Jameson report live from the Sundance film festival where Julie does what it takes to get into an A-list party and Ti Hua overreacts to being stuck in a gondola with John Turturro.
Julie comes back from leave for minor surgery with an addiction to pain killers. Jameson, seeing the bizarre changes to Julie's personality, decides to break her addiction through a ' celebrity ' intervention.
Jameson and Debbie Sue are shocked to discover that the Wrong Coast studio is possessed by a demon. An attempt to exorcise the demon backfires, and Jameson gets stranded in hell. Sketches include ""There's Something About Mary Poppins,"" ""Titanic II,"" and ""Dennis Hopper Orders a Margarita.""
