While playing, Squacky says that he will share any of his things with Apollo, except for his blankie because blankie is too special. At bedtime, Apollo is mad because he always shares his stuff with Squacky. The Pajanimals travel to the Big, Blue Sea where Granny Pearl tells Apollo that it's good to share, but it's also okay to have one extra special thing that is just for you, like Squacky's blankie.

Season 3:
The Pajanimals are each naming something about themselves that is different, such as Apollo's green fur or Cowbella's horns, when they all agree that Squacky is the most different of all.
When Squacky and Cowbella have a fight, Sweetpea Sue recommends that when they're mad, they should use their words.
The Pajanimals are excited that Apollo and Sweetpea Sue are attending school for the first time, but they are also a little worried.
Squacky performs a magic show for the Pajanimals, but when his grand finale goes wrong, Sweet Pea Sue thinks it's very funny! The problem is, it wasn't supposed to be funny and her laughter hurts Squacky's feelings. The Pajanimals travel to the Land of Hush, where Bedtime Bunny explains to Sweet Pea that it's okay to laugh with your friends, but not at your friends.
Squacky is delighted with his new snow globe but the Pajanimals wish that it was really snowing outside. Then suddenly it begins to snow.
Squacky is excited to be able to sleep without wearing a diaper but gets sad after accidentally wetting his bed because he drank a lot of water and didn't go to the bathroom before bed.
Squacky and Cowbella are hurt and angry when Apollo and Sweetpea exclude them from a card game. They later visit the land of play and talk and learn some important lessons.

The Pajanimals have formed a band and when they play their new song, Apollo keeps making mistakes, which frustrates him and leads to him quitting the band.
After going to a Halloween party, Cowbella reveals that she is nervous about trick or treating tomorrow because she didn't like all the scary vampires and zombies they saw at the party today. The Pajanimals travel to Storybook Land, where Edwin explains to Cowbella that there's nothing to be scared of. Those vampires and werewolves, etc. are just costumes that the big kids wear to have fun, just like her pretty princess costume!
Apollo scrapes his knee while riding his scooter, which leads him to proclaim that he'll never ride his scooter again!
Squacky is upset that it seems like the other Pajanimals can do so many more cool things than him. Grown up things.
Squacky and Apollo borrow blankets from Sweet Pea Sue and Cowbella to build a fort, which is fine until the girls decide they also want to build a fort.
Aunt Sally is coming over to babysit the Pajanimals tomorrow because both Mom and Dad are going off to work for the first time!
The Pajanimals have made a huge mess and while they are cleaning it up before bed, Cowbella has a great idea... what if they don't clean it up? At bedtime, she can't find Princess Lucy and doesn't like having to go to bed without her. In the Land of Build It, Cleveland also can't find his tools amongst his own mess, but Claude explains that all the two of them have to do is clean up their mess!
Sweetpea Sue and Cowbella are excited that grandma has sent them each a real teacup that she had when she was a kid. Sweetpea's is red and Cowbella's blue, but Sweetpea is sad when hers arrives broken. Apollo suggests that Cowbella could share her teacup, but she doesn't want to, which makes Sweetpea angry. That night the Pajanimals visit the moon, and Sweetpea tells him about the problem. Cowbella realizes that she feels sad because Sweetpea is sad, and the Moon tells her that as family, they care about how each other feels. Cowbella decides that she's going to give Sweetpea her teacup to make her feel better.
On Mother's Day, the Pajanimals volunteer to help Mom with her chores, but quickly become overwhelmed by the amount of chores there are to do.
Sweetpea Sue and Cowbella play a game of house; Sweetpea Sue insists that Cowbella must be the puppy but Cowbella really wants to be a kitty.
Apollo talks to Sue about kids at school teasing that his ears are too big and won't let him play with them. He admits he doesn't want to go to school because the kids are mean, and he doesn't know how to make them stop.
When Squacky, Cowbella, and Sweetpea Sue are uncomfortable at the idea of sleeping outside during a camping trip, Apollo turns to Jerry Bear and Otis Owl for help.
Sweet Pea Sue is nervous because tomorrow is her first dentist appointment.
Apollo and Sweet Pea Sue begin competing at many different things, all ending in a fight about who is better at everything.
The Pajanimals don't think that good manners matter at the table until they find out they are going to have a formal breakfast with Grandma tomorrow.
Cowbella would not want to stop playing with the other Pajanimals, so she doesn't listen to her mummy and has an accident, but learns to listen to herself.
The Pajanimals are excited that Christmas is coming! Squacky really hopes he gets the new Fantastic Splash Super Sub, but then becomes worried because he thinks, "What if I don't get the sub?" Squacky can't sleep that night, so the Pajanimals travel to the Night Sky, where the Moon tells Squacky that Christmas isn't about the presents that you get... it's about spending time with the people you love and sharing holiday traditions with one another.
The Pajanimals find themselves ready for bed but realise they have some spare time, so Sweetpea Sue decides they should dance. They sing some of their favourite songs while they dance.
