While Starla struggles in the incubation program under the leadership of Randy, Hema and Merlin grow closer as a pair of co-workers.
After the incubation program, Randy began to aggressively approach Starla. After the failed presentation, Merlin comforts Hema until they kiss.
Galaxy is getting worse. Merlin resigned because he was uncomfortable with the toxic atmosphere. Randy guides Starla in a business move that surprises Hema.
