Season 1:
Legendary ‘90s R&B groups SWV and Xscape battle it out in front of a live audience at Verzuz; both groups reunite for a once-in-a-lifetime show, but tensions flare between Xscape members Tamika and LaTocha.
SWV takes a break from touring and each member heads home to recharge with family; Tiny calls an emergency gathering in an attempt to repair the rifts within Xscape.

SWV and Xscape finally decide which group will headline their show as planning for the collaboration of a lifetime begins; LaTocha still hasn't told Xscape that she's shopping a solo deal.
Despite previous tensions between SWV and Xscape, the two groups push forward with preparations for the big show; neither group, however, seems willing to back down on who will close it out
The show is fast approaching, and revelations about Tocha's secret business dealings force Xscape into a confrontation that jeopardizes everything; SWV extends an olive branch to Xscape, and the groups attempt to move forward in unison.
