Goof Troop (1992)
Goofy is a single father raising his son, Max in Spoonerville. As it happens, Goofy and Max end up moving in next door to Goofy's high school friend Pete and his family. Pete's son PJ and Max become best friends practically doing everything together.

Season 2:
Max's exciting ride on Goofy's old motorcyle takes a turn for the worst when he encounters some mean biker dudes.
Max and PJ teaches Leech a lesson about Stealing. If Max and PJ do not clear themselves of being framed for stealing, they will be sent up the creek.
Talk about your Jurassic Park situation! Max finds an egg and it hatches into a baby dinosaur!
A drought hits, and Pete does anything to get water to his garden, even if he has to steal it from Goofy.
PJ cannot tell Max that his magic act is not up to snuff.
It's Peg vs. Pete when she wants to save a minature golf course he wants to tear down.
Peg tries to unload some high class real estate, and the Gang helps her out.
Let's go off to Jolly old England with another one of Goofy's ancestors, a detective named Sherlock Goof.
P.J. is afraid of heights, and he's afraid to tell his dad.
In the last episode, Goofy tells Max about his cavemen ancestors how important regular dental checkups are.
