Season 1:
Laura returns to the Agency, where she and partner Devyn manage the new matchmakers. Two of the Agency’s clients, Don and Jesyka, are matched for a date—with mixed results, and the ladies work on an event to bring in new clients.
Nelly’s “NO BS” approach impacts her work relationships. Devyn trains her client Don for a second date with Laura’s client Jesyka, while Tiff and Taty coach their new clients, Nikita and Henry, through their confidence issues.
Nelly’s way with words gets her into trouble with both clients and bosses, and new clients Henry and Tallie make connections at the LGBTQ+ speed dating event. Laura sets up clients Rob and Nikita, but sparks fail to fly.
Laura and Nelly’s friendship goes up in flames when a distasteful joke and questions around Nelly’s relationship history cause a stir. Devyn struggles to meditate the office feud while managing a client. Taty tries to poach Nelly’s new client.
Nelly’s makeover of client Christina seems promising, and Laura sets up clients Gisselle and Robert. Devyn wonders if she should stay in Miami, while Elsa and her boyfriend Sterling disagree about having kids.
Tiff takes client Henry to a confidence-building photo shoot before his date with Dorian. Taty and Nelly butt heads over Christina, and Laura and Devyn’s patience wears thin as they hold staff evaluations. Elsa talks to Sterling about having kids.
The ladies try to make peace with Nelly—but when it backfires, Devyn and Laura are forced to shake things up at the agency. Elsa struggles with a socially awkward client, and Taty misses the mark with her first solo client, Kimberley.
Tiff, Taty and Elsa adjust to Nelly’s probation, and Elsa tells Nelly that Laura has advised them not to speak to her. Clients Don and Jesyka get serious, Devyn announces that she’s moving back to New York, and Laura and Nelly’s conflict comes to a head.
