Season 1:
Irish Mike and his team design a sword in the shape of a lightning bolt.
An eccentric, modern-day knight hires sword-maker Irish Mike to build a giant, dragon-shaped sword that shoots real flames. Assistant welder Erik bets Mike he can create a top-quality weapon of his own: a steel fist with deadly, interchangeable heads.
Sword-maker Irish Mike creates two giant weapons: a sword shaped like a whale and a "Lock Blade" that swings open like a folding knife. A weapon test goes horribly wrong when Mike sets the blade on fire and accidentally ignites himself in the process.
Sword-maker Irish Mike creates a giant, Ancient Greek-style sword for the Strongest Woman in America: Olympic weightlifter Sarah Robles. Then, Mike and his team make a giant, flaming axe made entirely from old, rusty car parts.
Irish Mike's sword-making business may fold due to financial problems. The team makes a giant sword resembling the mythological three-headed beast Cerberus. Mike helps his daughter make a school project, but he gets carried away, with explosive results.
Sword-maker Irish Mike is hired to make a 34-inch sword for the world's tallest sword swallower. Mike's patience is tested when an obnoxious client keeps altering his order. Amelia has long-awaited news about the business's profitability.
