Season 1:
When a boy escaping a local gang is shot, detective Farid sets his sights on small-time boss Mehdi, who is known to recruit minors.
Mehdi threatens Billy's brother. Dogge discovers a target on his back when he runs into a familiar face at the youth detention center.
Farid struggles to keep Mehdi off the streets. Dogge turns to drugs to ease his guilt, which results in a violent encounter.
