Naoe has a strange last appointment booked for the day. The client's name is Elfuda and she comes from another dimension. Now, she needs some help.
Erufuda isn’t the only person from another dimension worried about gaining a few pounds! She is shocked to discover Kuroeda, a dark elf, is also stranded in this world.
Naoe and Elfuda get ready to go to the sauna! Time to sweat off some pounds with a boosted metabolism! But rumor has it, an ogre is a regular at the sauna...
Elfuda shows Naoe the entrance to the alternate dimension where she entered his world. Then it’s back to running, but too much exertion can lead to injury!
While training at the park, Naoe and his friends encounter Kobo, who is snatching sweets from the local children! Kobo is worried about weight gain from eating too much candy.
The gang unearths a whole person's worth of bones from underneath Naoe's bed! Time to put together a skeleton.
Elfuda receives a coupon for a year’s supply of free fries at a hamburger shop! However, it’s a trap!
Naoe is worried that the people of the otherworld are not losing weight, so he takes his group to a hot yoga studio.
Kuroeda creates a suspicious potion using black magic and plans to have Elufuda drink it as an experiment.
Elfuda succumbs to temptation once again and gets some fries, but a doggone puppy runs up and steals them!
A suspicious woman approaches Naoe and starts talking about delicious soft serve ice cream! She may have an unexpected connection to Elfuda.
Naoe is worried about Ooeda's harsh regimen is taking its toll on Elfuda. He finally decides to intervene.
