We start this season by going to the Maresme in search of the best restaurant with a taste of the sea. We start at L'Espigó de Canet to taste its holistic and Mediterranean cuisine. Next, we go to Bocamar in Premià de Mar for its grilled fish and rice. Finally, we end up at El Timonel in the port of Masnou, house of seasonal fish and seafood. Which one will captivate us and take the prize?
We tour the mountains of Prades to discover the best locally-sourced restaurants in the area. We start with Cal Malgret, in Montblanc, where we taste the mix between tradition and avant-garde that it offers us. Then, at D Prades, we enjoy simple cuisine with seasonal and local products. We finish with our visit to L'Hostalet, where we taste their spoon cuisine with classic grandmother's recipes.
It's summer and, to experience it as such, we look on the beatches for the best restaurant in the heart of the Costa Daurada. First we go to Mendebal, a Basque cuisine restaurant in Salou with authentic flavors. Then we will stop at the Wissler, in Pineda, a hamburger restaurant with a remarkable range of beers. We will finish in Cambrils, at the Les Barques restaurant, with Mediterranean cuisine and rice dishes. Who will get the victory?
We're looking for the best restaurant we can find in Barcelona's Port Vell. The first stop is the La Cala restaurant, which offers cuisine for all audiences. The second, La Brisa, a beachfront restaurant with spectacular views. Finally, the Rooster and Bubbles, where they serve up classic versions of the old-fashioned rotisserie dishes.
