Ignatz Mouse and Kolin Kelly have their hands full trying to out-build Krazy. No matter what improvement Kelly puts on his new pre-fab house, Krazy goes him one better.
Ignatz tries to use the credit-card system for everything. When he attempts to get instant friends on credit, he learns the limitations of the system.
It's the kraziest house in Kokonino, and its proud owner, Krazy Kat, has all her friends over to see it...but there's not too much house to see.
