We Are Here to Help You (1970)

Kirsanov's 14-year-old wife is helped by two ghost hunters: former investigator Maxim and his strange mute partner, who himself resembles a maniac. The three of them will have to establish the true cause of the fire in which the mother Woman died, and find a merciless killer ghost capable of inhabiting the bodies of its victims.
