Season 1:

The department is thrown into disarray with the arrival of the regional director, whose focus on Dick reveals some shameful truths. Beth gets another opportunity to prove herself.
After earning Dick's trust, Beth and her mentor enlist the help of the field crew for a sting operation. Elise reveals her radical new vision for the department.
In an effort to give Beth some perspective on her situation with Scott, Dick reveals his tragic past. Later, a service call threatens to undo all of the progress made by the department.
Shaken by yet another loss, the department struggles to regroup in preparation for the broadcast of an important, annual event.
Unforeseen obstacles emerge and put lives on the line as the department faces its final test in the exciting series finale.
