Season 1:

Barry returns from dropping Carmel at the airport alone to find a ringing phone with his furious daughter Maxine on the other end, demanding that he meets her that afternoon. Barry admits to Morris his inability to tell Carmel about the intended divorce.
Barry sets out to meet Morris and discuss their future, but his journey is haunted by memories from the past.
