Season 1:
At first glance, Goa's Casa De Magnolia seems idyllic, but each resident harbours secrets they would prefer keeping hidden. Little do they know that their life is set to change as a mysterious woman steps into their little cul de sac.
The enigmatic Farah, the newest resident of Casa De Magnolia, has everyone turning their heads. While the men fawn over her and the women try to befriend her, only Vinod remains suspicious of her true intentions.
While Benaifer's nagging drives Riad to take an extreme step, Tony's plan to have Tara beaten up fails and she ends up taking refuge in his house once more. Meanwhile, Rishi tries to reject Farah's advances as Vinod uncovers a startling secret.
While Lalita gets into a fight with Farah after calling her out, Rishi's infatuation with their mysterious neighbour drives Radhika to jealousy. Meanwhile, Denzel's shame at mistaking Tara as his blackmailer and creating chaos in the part leads him to take a drastic step.
As Riad investigates what lead to Denzel's suicide and learns about the missing money, a gunfight during a police raid at Kleo's home leads to Kevin's death. Meanwhile, Vinod breaks into Tony's house.
Farah backs away from her plan to kill Rishi while Vinod finds out about Lalita's affair with Tony. Meanwhile, Mohit realises that farah is lying about her whereabouts, eventually following her to Casa De Magnolia.
A revenge-fuelled Benaifer delivers a poisonous cake to Farah, but when the former goes missing, Riad calls Shonali for help. Meanwhile, Rishi's doubts about Farah's intentions leads him to discovering her true identity.
Although Bobo tells Rishi that he has killed Farah, Rishi discovers that she is still alive and convinces her that he is not responsible for her sister's death. Meanwhile, Bobo, in an attempt to escape from the police,hides in Farah's house.
