Season 1:
When Alisha from Head Office informs Hannah that the office will be closing and going remote, she makes full time attendance mandatory in a bid to preserve the joy of the office and up productivity so that they stand a chance of keeping the branch open. Hannah also shares that they can now enjoy their traditional TGIF Zoom quiz in a face-to-face setting – IRL.
When Hannah learns that a staff member (who she can't quite remember) has died, she decides to put on a wake and invites Alisha to prove the importance of having a "work family."
Hannah's best mate/crush Danny joins the office for Melbourne Cup day. Greta is lumped with the sales report that Hannah failed to complete and Nick comes in to assist her.
Hannah creates a false religion in the name of the company in order to become tax exempt, as Nick and Greta prank Lizzie by convincing her that a stain on the carpet is an apparition of Hannah.
Hannah creates a "pyjama day" in order to bring "home" to the office on the same day a guest speaker arrives to discuss boundaries in the workplace. Greta sets Nick up on the dating apps to get him back in the game.
Hannah sets out to be nominated for the local Women in Business award while Lizzie is tasked with finding a solution to the broken coffee machine which is lowering staff morale.
Hannah overhears Tina discussing quitting her boring job and, feeling paranoid that Tina is going to trigger a mass exodus, Hannah organises an impromptu "fun" away day to a Reptile House in order to win Tina and the rest of her staff over.
Hannah refuses to answer Alisha's calls or to accept that they'll never meet the financial targets required to keep the office open. As a last ditch attempt to keep her branch open, Hannah decides to put the entire staff onto sales, encouraging everyone to target big brands.
