Season 1:
Dr. Al-Jama'i tells his students the story of the young man Murad, who failed to implement his project and then joined a job in a real estate company to work as a sales employee, and his competition with the girl Latifa, who joined the same job.
Murad and Latifa begin their training at the real estate company, and Murad is shocked when he discovers that he borrowed a sum of money from someone else and not his friend Ronnie's uncle.
Murad seeks to convince his clients with what he offers them, and looks forward to achieving his first commission. Halim and Hossam quarrel because each of them steals the other's client, and Latifa's stepfather causes a problem with her daughter and father.
Hossam helps Latifa get the company's first client, and Mourad is forced to look for another apartment to move in with his mother after the landlord raises the rent.
Murad and Latifa participate in a real estate exhibition, and Murad is forced to cancel his private work and student graduation projects so that his matter is not exposed.
Murad succeeds in selling the first real estate unit, and Murad discovers by chance that Latifa has not completed her university studies, so the latter decides to leave the company, but he seeks to help her as she is in financial difficulty.
Latifa succeeds in selling her first real estate unit, and gives a gift to Murad for helping her. A client quarrels with Salma and the company fires her from her job. Kamal is accused of subcontracting with clients, so he is removed from his position and Murad takes his place.

Latifa seeks to persuade Mohab to buy a unit, Kamal seeks to help Murad by selling commercial units, Latifa's father discovers that she has not finished her university studies and quarrels with her, and Murad is forced to sell his father's car in order to pay off Hassan's uncle's debts.
Murad turns to his professor at the university to help him choose the right path. Murad is able to sell more than one commercial unit, and Mohab makes Latifa successful at work, but she chooses to continue her studies, and Murad begins the beginning of his new project and the realization of his dream.
