Land's End (1995)
Mike Land is a disgruntled ex-Los Angeles police officer who moves to a Mexican resort to work as a private investigator. With beautiful scenery as a backdrop, attractive Courtney is his boss and he occasionally enlists his buddies Willis and Dave in his cases.

Season 1:

An ex-con comes to Cabo looking for revenge on Mike, who put him in prison 16 years ago.
Distracted by a woman who looks exactly like his dead wife, Mike neglects his job as security chief.
Chief Ruiz turns to Mike for help when his superior officer come to town and is promptly robbed.
