Having obtained authorization from the commissioner Greco to meet Barone, Lopez places a bug in the protective apartment where the boss is staying. From the wiretaps our guys discover that Facchini and Barone will meet before a court hearing. There is little time to organize the operation, but for Lopez and the police officers of the team it is an unmissable opportunity, even if risky... At the police station, the police discover that the boy is incapable of understanding and willing: he will not end up in prison, but in a psychiatric hospital. Shortly afterward, a condominium fight breaks out in the victim's building. Sciacca suspects that the girl's parents are hiding something. His infallible instinct will prove him right once again. Malinconico is increasingly determined to conquer the city's drug market. The drug dealing areas of Spaccanapoli, however, are still in the hands of a small-time neighborhood boss. Sciacca and Ciccone look for possible witnesses among the schoolmates. Could it be an episode of bullying? Vitale investigates the disappearance of his friend, the owner of the nightclub where Gabriele works. The inspector is convinced that Malinconico killed him after discovering that he was collaborating with the police. In the meantime, Battiston is pressured by the deputy commissioner Greco who demands concrete results. So, they decide to wiretap the cell phones of the boss's pushers and Matteo, more stubborn than ever, has an important intuition. Gabriele, unemployed again, accepts Malinconico's offer and starts working in his bar.
