Six months ago, Lord Hugh Disward (Huey), lost his eccentric grandfather, Wes. To inherit Wes's estate, Huey must take guardianship over the 'Mystic Archives of Dantalian' that contains forbidden knowledge and a mysterious girl called Dalian. Dalian and Huey begin an unlikely partnership as they solve mysteries caused by Phantom Books.

Season 1:
Huey arrives at his late grandfather's estate to discover a young girl among his grandfather's library. Dalian and him are invited to the Conrad estate to find everyone to be slaughtered and the estate to be in shambles.
Huey's grandfather was commissioned to appraise books of the late grandfather of Estella Lilbarn, however, they soon discover that a string of mysterious murders have been occurring on the estate.
There is once again more trouble with a phantom book, but it seems that this time will be a lot different from the usual "trouble".
Huey and Dalian have received a letter asking them to save an old friend of Huey's deceased grandfather from a mysterious book.
This time Huey doesn't receive a request to destroy a book, but he is asked to lend one, what is this all about?
We follow the characters of Hal and Fem as they investigate a strange town that was devastated by the war. Everything seems too lively for a city that should be in ruin.
Huey and Dalian meet a strange perfumer who creates perfumes with the knowledge of a phantom book.
Huey’s friends get in all sorts of trouble with Phantom Books.
Some Insects are attacking the village, but hopefully Dalian and Huey are there to rescue the habitants of this world.
Huey and Dalian meet an odd lady who plays the violin like no other and the sound of her work makes everyone around her happy. But the song she plays turn out to be a phantom score.
We take a look at the past to understand the life of Huey before he met Dalian.
Zombies are running around in London, it is time for Huey and Dalian to figure out who is playing with the undead and to stop them permanently.
