Midori Days (2004)
There isn't a single person in Sakuradamon High who hasn't heard the legends about Seiji "The Mad Dog" Sawamura's demonically powerful right hand. His reputation makes it fairly difficult for him to approach girls, and after being rejected 20 times straight, he half-jokingly vows to finish high school with his right hand for a girlfriend. Much to his surprise, after waking up the next morning, Seiji discovers that his demon right hand has mysteriously turned into a miniature girl, Midori Kasugano, who reveals that she has had a crush on Seiji for the past three years. Because their situation is not ideal for either of them, Seiji attempts to return Midori to normal. But after causing a big misunderstanding at the Kasugano household, the pair decide to keep their predicament between them until a solution is found. Thus begins an odd relationship, and what could be the only chance for Midori to finally be with the one she loves.

Seiji is trying to cope with Midori being his right hand. However, thugs from another school arrive to fight.
Seiji's sister comes to visit. His sister's street gang arrive also and decide to go to a bathhouse.
Midori dirtied her clothes with ice cream. Seiji decides to get her new clothes at a doll shop and ends up running into a classmate there.
Seiji was absent from P.E. due to an injury. He managed to get home, but accidentally drank alcohol and is now passed out.
On a Sunday morning, Seiji decides to take care of his neighbor, Shiori Tsukishima.
Ayase convinces Seiji to the movies, but he is unaware that it is a date. Midori appears not to mind…
Midori and Seiji have switched! Seiji is now on the right hand of Midori!
Shuichi Takamizawa, Seiji's classmate, has been taking pictures of Midori and uploading it onto a website.
Osamu Miyahara sets up a meeting with Seiji. Midori doesn't like the situation. Moreover, Ayase arrives not knowing Seiji was there.
Seiji and Midori play a game where the loser has to listen to whatever the winner wishes.
