Season 2:

Kafuko wants Aoi to take her on a date in the mountains. As they journey through the woods, a thick sinister fog develops.
Mito and her crew race back to Earth to help Aoi against Hikari. Meanwhile, Aoi sneaks off by herself to find out what’s really going on.
Mutsuki is struggling with her role as Aoi’s bodyguard. Will Mito and the others allow her to resign her post?
Hikari kidnaps Mutsuki and uses her to taunt Aoi. In order to rescue Mutsuki, Aoi reluctantly goes to war with Hikari.
When Aoi refuses to give Hikari the Dainagon, Hakari resorts to her trump card - Mutsuki’s life!
Kafuko and the others continue to stage guerrilla warfare on the occupying army. Meanwhile Ranban tells Aoi of the legend of the First Queen.
Ranban is training Aoi, but is he pushing Aoi a little too hard? Meanwhile, Mito and the others continue their search for the Mirror.
Ranban continues to search for a way to escape Hikari’s shield. When an opening is finally discovered, is it really just another of Hikari’s traps?
Mito launches an all out assault against Hikari’s fortress, but Aoi believes there has to be a better way. When Ranban reveals another way, will Aoi have the courage to try it?
Hikari attempts to change Aoi back into a male. Meanwhile Mito and Ranban finally learn the reason why the townspeople are being forced to blow the conches.
The day of the wedding has arrived, but will Hikari keep her promise? And even if she doesn’t, what choice does Aoi have?
Hikari and Aoi continue their battle in other dimensions. Meanwhile, the battle between Hikari’s forces and Aoi’s forces rages on back on Earth.
