Ronja the Robber's Daughter (2014)
Ronja is the only daughter of Mattis, a bandit leader who lives in a castle in the middle of a large forest. When Ronja grows old enough, she ventures into the forest to interact the strange and magical creatures that live there. She learns to live in the forest through her own strength, with the occasional rescue from her parents. Ronja's life begins to change, however, when she happens upon a boy her own age named Birk.

Season 1:
Ronja grows to be a lively ten-year-old and is given permission to go into the forest.
During her first visit to the forest, Ronja takes in new sights and faces danger.
While practising not being frightened, Ronja is chased. Later, at Hell's Gap, she sees something unexpected.
Ronja learns that Birk is the son of Borka, her father's longtime adversary.
Mattis and his robbers challenge Borka and his robbers at Hell's Gap. Ronja learns more about her father.
Whilst walking through the forest in a thick fog, Ronja is tempted by a sweet, dangerous song.
Mattis tries to drive Borka from the fort while Ronja wonders why she hasn't seen Birk all autumn.
Ronja struggles to free herself before heavy snowfall comes.
Ronja falls ill and can't help but worry about Birk.
Determined to see Birk, Ronja works hard to try and clear the rubble that's plugged an underground passage.
Lovis orders all the robbers to wash their dirty bodies in the snow.
Spring returns to the forest, and Ronja and Birk meet two wild horses.
The conflict between Mattis and Borka intensifies, and Ronja faces a horrible sight.
Ronja decides upon a daring act that will change everything.
Ronja and Birk hear something moving around inside the cave.
Ronja and Birk have a big argument, sending Ronja from the cave in tears.
Ronja and Birk tend to a wounded mare, and try to tame Villain and Savage.
Ronja and Birk encounter the Great Harpy as they drift towards Greedy Falls.
As autumn approaches, Birk is surprised by an unexpected offer.
With the forest swarming with the sheriff's soldiers, Noddle-Pete offers a plan, but Ronja has an idea of her own.
The robbers return to robbing, and Noddle-Pete tells Ronja a fascinating secret.
