Season 1:
Xufeng, the Heavenly Emperor's second son, finds his nirvana interrupted. He falls into the Floral World, where Jinmi saves him.
Xufeng takes Jinmi away from the Water Mirror and brings her to the Heavenly Realm. Along the way, they run across rebels.
Disguised as a man, Jinmi wanders through the Heavenly Realm and makes some new friends, including a matchmaker and Runyu, the eldest prince.
After becoming Xufeng's attendant, Jinmi is punished for her poor training. Nevertheless, she helps Xufeng with conscription.
To thank Xufeng for giving her rice dumplings, Jinmi conjures a phoenix flower tree. At the same time, the truth about her identity is exposed.
Xufeng asks the Heavenly Emperor to keep Qiongqi in the Demon Realm. Jinmi secretly journeys to the Demon Realm with Xufeng.
