Season 1:
When the school staff room is broken into and Ms. Janis’ earrings disappear, everyone is on high alert. Meanwhile, Handsome Harry declares to police that someone hacked his computer. The only clue is a polka dot umbrella...
When Ms. Stratford, the bio teacher, turns up in a convertible sports car, starts acting suspiciously and is seen wearing a disguise just like some bank robbers who are on the run, Charly suspects she might be the leader of a bank robbers’ gang. Trouble is, Fred’s got a crush on her, so he’s torn between his loyalty to his friends, and to the love of his life!
The gang creates a website to promote their detective agency. The first case they get is to find a lost kitten, which turns out to belong to Handsome Harry. Then someone hacks the website and they start to receive hundreds of fake new cases! Meanwhile, Steffy falls in love with Santi, a young and handsome IT trainee teacher – and neglects her friends and their investigations.
Dandy gets the part in a dog food ad, but on the first day of filming his co-star Fluppi – a pug with a diamond collar – disappears! The gang tries to solve the case and Dandy's acting career!

During a 3-days school trip to a medieval castle, Charly's elder sister Nicole starts working as a trainee-teaching monitor. Dandy is not supposed to come along, but Fred carries him so Charly fakes an illness as a smokescreen to cover the dog. Once in the castle, the teachers fall ill one by one, with symptoms of poisoning. Charly makes a list of suspects – but this time he has to include himself!
The kids go to the flea market where Charly thinks that people sell stolen clothes. Once there they meet Mr. Brassert, a dog trainer in a canine training schoo, and sign Dandy up for a weekend course and teach him protection maneuvers. Charly’s older sister Nicole, who’s becoming good friends with Stefy, will join the detective agency - to Charly’s disgust!
Ms. Stratford’s silver bracelet disappears from the women's dressing room, so the kids offer her the detective services of Charly & Co! Fred suspects Daniel the Janitor, who he suspects of having a second evil personality. Fred is jealous of him! Can Fred get over his jealousy to see the facts clearly?
It is Earth Week and the school is celebrating. Charly & Co decide to investigate the school's soil, and they discover tons of rubbish in soil samples and uncover what looks like an environmental scandal!
Fred’s Mum takes in an old man who has just arrived in town – and his dog. Dandy follows them around and notices their strange behavior around Charly’s house. It is not easy, but Dandy eventually manages to attract the attention of Fred and the gang as he finds out that the man photographs antiques, steals them, and sells them on the internet!
Handsome Harry is acting weird. He’s dressed like a biker, is driving a Harley motorcycle – which doesn’t suit him at all – and appears with beautiful 20-year-old Laura who met on a social network dating site. Charly is suspicious – she’s too nice for Handsome Harry – and Stefy becomes jealous. When Harry's motorcycle disappears, all eyes are on Laura.
Charly & Co. see Ms. Janis leave a briefcase with a suspicious man who disappears into a fast-food restaurant. Could this be the start of a new case? Meanwhile, Fred’s Mum has a new boyfriend, Bernie, who has convinced her to invest in his environmental business. Charly & Co. sense danger!
A new pupil, Ben, arrives at the school and becomes good friends with Stefy. Charly is jealous and suspicious. Carl Witt, Ben’s father, is accused of stealing some sculptures and the gang tries to prove his innocence – except for Charly, who’s convinced Carl is guilty!
Radish is afraid of not passing his next math exam: it is an oral one and he doesn’t like to speak in public! In the meantime, cucumbers are disappearing from the community garden owned by Charley’s Grandma. Is there a small-time cucumber thief in town? Or is it all part of a larger conspiracy?
In this flashback episode, we get to see the Fred and Dandy origin story! Long before he was Fred's dog, Dandy was a stray who lived on the street. But after a chance encounter with a mob boss, both Fred and Dandy end up in a sticky situation... Can the two unlikely friends save the day and themselves?
Ms. Brise, an intern teacher, has decided to pick a student article to publish on the front page of the school newspaper. Charly has an idea: to write about a police investigation to win the competition. However, during the interview, someone steals commissioner Martinez’s car! Charly & Co. are on the case!
The school is organizing a play, and both students and teachers will get to star in it. Fred is cast as the romantic interest of his longtime crush, Ms. Stratford, and she is supposed to give him a kiss on the cheek! Fred is thrilled, but things get tricky when the theatre director starts receiving threatening letters... Will Fred finally receive the kiss from his beloved Stratford?
While on holiday, the kids Viking island with Siggi and his family. The island is famous to host a wandering ghost, although nobody has confirmed it. During an excursion, Fred finds a beautiful piece of amber – an ancient Viking figurine. But the next morning, the figurine disappears! Could it be the ghost?
Someone has broken up into Ms. Stratford’s house while she’s away, but nothing is missing. Could the thief be after her prized comic book collection? Ms. Stratford's boyfriend is willing to watch the house, but he needs a babysitter for his son, Tim. Radish becomes Tim’s babysitter and Charly & Co. use Radish as an inside spy to unmask the thieves!
Ms. Janis’ house is under renovation and she asks Charly & Co. whether her dog Nino can stay with Dandy for a few days. That same day, a graffiti appears in the school façade. In the meantime, the municipal police are looking for the so-called ‘thief of the white stocking’ who holds up bank vans. While Charly & Co investigate the graffiti, detective Dandy and his assistant Nino discover the link between the graffiti and the thief!
100 years ago, Charly & Co’s school began a ‘time capsule’ project. They buried the capsule under a tile in the school hall with a valuable newspaper inside. When Siggi prepares to open the capsule in front of students and press, they discover it has disappeared! Famous detective Bernard Samuel promises to solve the case. Let the best detective win!
Handsome Harry hires Charly & Co. to follow a personal trainer named Mr. Ritter. Fred joins the gym as an undercover agent and discovers his beloved Ms. Stratford is training there with him. Fred saves Ms. Stratford from an unfortunate accident and becomes the town hero! Can Charly handle Fred's newfound fame?
Flossy, the leader of the Cybercrew, has bought a new Cleverphone 7 and Stefy desperately needs to have one too! The friends get a job promoting chicken wings. At the same time, there’s a robbery in the jewelry store just next to their chicken store. Time to work with the store management and police to solve the case and stop the thieves.
There is a TV crew at the school filming an episode of Inspector Derk, the kids’ favorite detective show. Some students get a chance to intern on the set, including Charly & Co. Some strange things start happening: a camera cable is cut, someone puts sleeping pills in the director’s coffee mug, etc. That’s sabotage!
The school organizes a drawing for work experience placement. The gang wins the ticket to the police station without Charly, who goes to Mr. Rubenacker’s horse stables. That afternoon a riding trophy is missing and Charly offers himself to find the culprit on his own.
There's news about a new burglar in town, and apparently he's not very smart. The "Stupid Burglar" keeps setting off the security alarm when he tries to rob a warehouse. Charly & Co. are on the case, but would any burglar really be so dumb?
