Season 1:
When creative duo Pete Pryor and Andy Murphy choose to produce their show on a local stage, neither of them are prepared for the unique brand of crazy that amateur theatre has to offer.
Things get off to a rocky start for Pryor and Murphy when their first read-through is interrupted by a member of the theatre's board. Elsewhere, Leonard attends the stage management school of hard knocks.
During a power outage at the theatre, Pryor attempts to keep his cast focused on the play. Murphy ventures into the forsaken prop room while Jeffrey defends his honor against Chip.
Pryor's old rival Zak Hunter, famous for his role as TV's vigilante hero "Dark Ryder," comes back to The Fitz to teach a workshop for the cast. Madeline descends into insanity as she searches for the source of a mysterious sound.
After an elaborate prop is broken, a war breaks out between the cast and crew. Madeline begins to assemble her design team.
It's go time at The Fitz as the cast readies for their first run of the play. Nerves are high, the board is watching - and no one can remember their lines.
Pryor and Madeline go before the board to fight for their show as the cast rehearses choreography onstage. Elsewhere, Murphy learns a secret about Parker.
It's every man for himself when the documentary crew find themselves locked in the theatre's costume loft with Lucas and George.
Low on funds, the cast throws a community car wash to help keep the show going.
Each day brings a fresh Hell as the cast and crew struggle through a viscous tech week.
