Season 1:
On Christmas Eve, host Otaro tries to seduce Misono but is killed by a mysterious woman with a kiss, leading Kazuma and Tsuji to cover it up.
After Otaro gets trapped under falling steel beams and gets killed by Saiko, Misono gets attacked and the Horse Riding Club members suspect a certain person as the culprit.
Kazuma attacks Misono, leaving her with a serious cheek injury. Three months later, Misono receives a letter from Hiroyuki that helps her open up, but another tragedy looms as Takauji grows jealous.
Otaro dies after jumping off a building, leaving Saiko filled with remorse. She faces a dilemma about kissing someone else.
Nezu picks up the tape of the ship incident and proposes a deal to Gunji.
In another timeline where Takauji stopped Hotei from killing Hasebe, he regains others' trust and notices a frightening possibility.
After Misono dies, Takauji's life spirals and leads him to become a host in Kabukicho, where he rose to the top and manipulated others due to an intense, incomprehensible obsession with being a host.
Takauji clears his name with the police by blaming Hotei, who suffers from being wrongly labeled a murderer even after release. Marin empathizes with Hotei's plight, leading to an intimate night together and a plan to start anew.
Hasebe, believing he can now make Misato happy, investigates Saiko's role in the incident with Nao, leading to a surprise discovery.
Otaro runs a detective agency after time-leaping back. A year later, Saiko finds him.
