Trish Stratus enjoys her luxury room at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake—located on the stunningly scenic West Lake in Hanoi, Vietnam – before learning the traditional Vietnamese martial art called Vo Binh Dinh.
Trish Stratus visits Bali, Indonesia— also known as the Island of the Gods – where she stays at the stunning Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. She then participates in an intimidating ropes course at Bali Treetop Adventure Park before bungy jumping at A.J. Hackett from a 45-metre tower at Kuta beach.
Trish travels from Delhi to the Indian state of Uttarakhand to check into the remote luxury lodge called the Shakti 360° Leti. With an appetite for adventure, Trish takes the opportunity to paraglide at 3,700 metres in this unique part of the Northern Himalayas.

Put to the ultimate physical test, Stratus studies the most lethal form of martial arts, muay thai boxing in Thailand where she must learn this ancient technique quickly so that she can go five rounds in the ring with a highly experienced muay thai fighter.
