Season 2:
Turning a new leaf after defeating Borgo, Darna sets her sights on apprehending the remaining Extras and beating Valentina. Brian finds a new lead about his father's demise as a syndicate floods Nueva Esperanza with a dangerous party drug.
Desperate to grow stronger, Valentina begins victimizing innocent people as she vows to defeat Darna. Narda is forced to prove her mettle as the new protector when a person from Leonor's past attacks her.
Narda goes undercover to help Oleg investigate the syndicate behind the party drug called Sparkler. Brian chases a drug courier in hopes of finding Pintado Gang's base. Regina grows more adamant in defeating Darna as she recalls her father's words.
Brian brims with joy after quelling the syndicate that caused his father's demise. Luna encourages Narda to trust her gut feeling that Borgo is still alive. Sick of being defeated by her archnemesis, Regina spares no effort to find Darna's weakness.
Valentina tries to lure Darna out of hiding upon learning that she is living a double life. Determined to defeat her enemies, Narda begins her arduous training with Luna as her suspicions about Borgo intensify.
Knowing that Narda will take care of Noah after Valentina's attack, Regina revels in the fact that she now has the opportunity to have Brian all to herself. Ding and Tricia confirm that Dr. Ibarra is conducting illegal experiments at the facility.
Tricia plans to take advantage of the upcoming festival to infiltrate Dr. Ibarra's research facility. With the Agryx gone, Borgo comes up with an alternate way to steal the stone from Darna. Narda learns the key to unlocking her full potential.
Getting the opportunity to communicate with his fellow inmates, Eli lays down his plan to break out from the research facility. Soon, the Extras launch an attack, turning Nueva Esperanza's lively festival into a disaster.
Luna is left with no choice but to appear in public in a bid to help Darna beat the Extras. Borgo fumes over Zaldy's decision to lock down the research facility following the disaster. Ding makes a concerning discovery about Valentina's victims.
Regina begins to have suspicions about Narda as she inches closer to uncovering Darna's real identity. An unforeseen circumstance prevents Luna from returning to Marte.
As the citizens of Nueva Esperanza fear that their superhero has turned evil, Darna engages her doppelganger in battle. Before her inevitable return to Marte, Luna asks Master Klaudio to help the protector reach her full potential.
Luna turns emotional as she bids farewell to the family she found on Earth. After making her petrifying presence felt across Nueva Esperanza, Valentina pays Zaldy a visit. Narda makes a tough call when troubling allegations surface against Darna.
Rolando's video defending Darna goes viral. Narda and Regina find a brief yet much-needed moment of peace in each other's company, unaware that their alter egos are engaged in a vicious and seemingly endless conflict.
Facing the media, Darna vows never to let Valentina and the forces of evil win. Zaldy grows anxious as the number of missing persons in Nueva Esperanza rises. Ding makes a disturbing discovery as he investigates Annie's disappearance.
An intense battle ensues between Darna and Dr. Ibarra as the protector attempts to save the missing Nueva Esperanza residents from his illegal experiments. In an attempt to save face, Zaldy appoints Darna's ally to be the facility's new head.
As her responsibilities continue to pile up, Narda finds a new ally in Luna. Soon, she trains under the warrior from Marte in able to unlock her full potential as the protector.

Waking up unscathed following the accident he got involved in, Noah soon learns that he turned into an Extra. Rolando informs Narda that two vials containing Dr. Ibarra's formula are missing.
Rex plants a wicked idea in Regina's mind to help the villain achieve her full potential. As he and Andrei start to unleash their newfound powers, Noah fails to rein in his emotions upon seeing Brian and Narda together.
Narda is left with no choice but to reveal her secret identity in a bid to save herself and Brian from a certain death. Regina accepts Victoria's offer to become a benefactor of her foundation.
Mayor Zaldy makes Brian promise to leave Noah unharmed despite being an Extra. Regina sees the upcoming charity ball as an opportunity to feast on Nueva Esperanza's most corrupt men. Narda grows suspicious of Regina and her connection with Valentina.
Narda and Brian make it their mission to stop the impending chaos at Mayor Zaldy's charity event. Regina, on the other hand, is dead set on killing corrupt guests as an act of heroism. Noah and Andrei devise an evil plan of their own.
Darna tries to save Regina from danger, only to find out that the ace lawyer is in fact her archenemy, Valentina. In an attempt to divert attention away from Noah, Mayor Zaldy wastes no time in putting all the blame on Regina for the attack.
Rex continues to poison Regina's mind in order to make her fully embrace her identity as a monster. Determined to stop Valentina without hurting her best friend, Narda confronts Regina and tries to offer help.
General Borgo uses the allure of power as he urges Noah and Andrei to join him in his mission to conquer the world. Despite Brian's dissuasion and the danger she's facing, Narda remains adamant in saving Regina.
Narda's troubles continue to pile up as the Vanguardia Foundation faces the risk of getting shut down. Meanwhile, Valentina wages war against the whole Nueva Esperanza as a response to Narda's plea.
Danger awaits Narda as Rex orders Xandra to kill her. Valentina starts terrorizing the city by taking innocent lives. Klaudio's suspicion on Madam Victoria leads him into a dangerous trap.
After confirming that Victoria is indeed General Borgo in disguise, Narda seeks Brian's help in investigating the businesswoman. Rex uses Valentina to distract Darna from Noah and Andrei's attack on the facility.
With Valentina and the Extras attacking at the same time, Darna is forced to choose between capturing her archenemy and saving Rolando at the facility. Noah seizes the opportunity to settle the score with Brian.
Mayor Zaldy faces more backlash as news of his son being an Extra hits the headlines. Darna visits Zaldy's facility in a bid to urge Noah to help her beat General Borgo and save Nueva Esperanza.
Narda strengthens her resolve to fight for the greater good and stop Valentina, even at the cost of her friendship with Regina. Valentina, on the other hand, wages war against the Invicto gang.
Valentina's anger toward Brian reaches extreme heights as she mistakenly thinks that the police officer is cheating on Narda with Darna. Meanwhile, Narda and Brian's date gets interrupted by Ding's alarming news about Tricia.
Darna arrives just in time to rescue Ding and Tricia, but another problem arises as Valentina shows up with her own plans against the Invicto gang. Brian, meanwhile, gets shocked with Tiago's revelation about his father's death.
Despite all the chaos brought by Valentina and other Extras, the citizens of Nueva Esperanza find ways to celebrate the holidays with a joyful heart. Darna, meanwhile, remains on guard amid the festivities.

Pineda turns himself into an Extra and joins General Borgo's army. Valentina takes advantage of the situation in Nueva Esperanza to terrorize the citizens anew, prompting Darna and Brian to keep their guards up.
A huge battle against evil looms over Darna as General Borgo comes close to completing his army of Extras. Mayor Zaldy, meanwhile, vows to exact revenge on the people of Nueva Esperanza and take back what he believes is rightfully his.
Zaldy vows never to let Feli replace him and occupy what he believes as his throne. Master Klaudio sets his sights on Rex. Regina steels herself as she refuses to let her bond with Narda affect her and get in the way of her goals.
Darna successfully stops Zaldy from wreaking havoc in the city, only to get distracted by the arrival of an entrancing yet dangerous villain. Hergis continues to investigate Rex. General Borgo tries to lure Valentina into joining his army.
General Borgo's Super Soldiers start preparing for war. Narda is forced to fight Valentina when the former ace lawyer attacks her community. Soon, however, her refusal to give up on Regina sparks friction between her and Brian.
Brian is left with a heavy heart as Valentina leaves a trail of dead bodies at the police station. General Diaz takes over Nueva Esperanza with an iron fist. Tricia makes a shocking discovery about herself.
Zaldy remains a cunning man as he plots to turn the tables on General Borgo. Narda and her allies start to zero in on Rex Vanguardia. Determined to uncover Darna's real identity, Xandra hunts Klaudio down.
After spotting her former comrade in public, Xandra tracks down and successfully captures Klaudio. The citizens of Nueva Esperanza begin to feel the heavy weight of the iron hand gripping their city.
General Diaz targets Brian as he presses on with his plans to control the city. With Klaudio missing, Darna takes it upon herself to track Rex down and confirm her suspicions. Tricia struggles to control her newfound powers.
After confirming that Rex Vanguardia is indeed General Borgo, Narda doubles her efforts to get in touch with Regina. Rex, meanwhile, devises an evil plan against Narda. Brian wallows in despair after losing his job.

The Super Soldiers successfully take Regina's lifeless body to General Borgo, who vows to make Valentina his deadliest weapon against Darna. While Ishna encounters a familiar face, an ally of the superheroine finds herself in a precarious situation.
Vorian's arrival threatens Ishna's position as General Borgo's right hand. General Diaz enforces stricter measures against Extras. The arrival of a new and unexpected enemy stuns Darna as she fights the Super Soldiers.
After seeing Noah turn into ash, General Borgo fuels Zaldy's rage to unleash more of his powers. Luna and Hergis fight for their lives as they try to escape from Vorian and Ishna. In a twist of fate, Brian agrees to join the Super Soldiers.
While Darna awaits Brian's signal, General Borgo sends his army to launch their first massive attack on Nueva Esperanza. Upon learning that Luna and Klaudio have successfully escaped, Brian proceeds with his plans against the Super Soldiers.
Darna arrives just in time to rescue Berta and Lourdes from the Super Soldiers. However, this puts Brian's position in Borgo's army at risk as the general starts to question the former police officer's loyalty.
Valentina comes back to life and joins the Super Soldiers. Darna faces a dilemma as General Borgo wages war against Nueva Esperanza. Determined to help save the city, Brian tries to escape from the enemy's lair.
Brian arrives in the very nick of time to assist Darna against the Super Soldiers and a cold-blooded Valentina. However, their reunion ends in tragedy when Borgo's ultimate killing machine makes them taste the potency of her venom.
With Brian gone and Darna left incapacitated by Valentina, the citizens of Nueva Esperanza are left to fend for themselves. Soon, Darna falls into the hands of General Borgo, who is bent on using the heroine's powers for his catastrophic plans.
Determined to rescue his sister, Ding sneaks out to search for Narda. However, this leads to General Borgo getting hold of Darna's weakness. The citizens, meanwhile, find renewed hope as they unite to fight for survival.
Narda and her allies fight to prevent the stone from falling into Borgo's hands, but the evil general proves to be a tough opponent as he reveals an ace up his sleeve. Led by Rolando, the citizens find a way to resist the Super Soldiers.
Overpowered by Darna and her allies' forces, Borgo unleashes his ultimate weapon for mass destruction. As the residents of Nueva Esperanza slowly rebuild their lives, Narda refuses to give up on Regina.
