Unknowingly Utopia More discovers an ancient record that holds to the key to the universe. With the universe in her grasp, the ruthless Gypsy Doc of the Pirate Guild has his eyes on the power she wields. That is until the legendary space pirate, Cobra, gets in his way and saves Utopia. The two must now work together to stop Gypsy Doc from taking over the universe.

Season 1:
As Cobra escapes from stealing a diamond, he intercepts Professor Moore who is being targeted by members of the pirate guild. However, it's not the diamond they're after…
Cobra and Professor Moore investigate a living fossil carrying an astonishing secret. Meanwhile, a skeletal figure, Crystal Boy, targets the professor.
Crystal Boy closes in on the professor, and Cobra jumps in to save her. The pirate guild demands that they turn over the fossil data, or else.
Count Cliff Bold's plan comes to light, and Cobra struggles to fight his way to rescue Professor Moore. With the fate of an entire galaxy at stake, Cobra can't afford to fail!
