Season 1:
Impressed by the sacrifices of Seiji Hokuto, & Yuko Minami by protecting the people during an attack of Verokron who was created by Dimension Man Yapool, The 5 Ultra Brothers gave the two humans lives, & send their new member Ultraman Ace to be their human host to fight off a age of new Monsters know as Chouju
An enormous silver colored egg is found at a construction site. With curiosity getting the best of him, a worker is absorbed into the huge egg shortly before it submerges below ground.
On patrol, Minami witnesses the sky crack open and a monster emerges. Destroying a bridge with a little boy on it, a passenger plane flies overhead and it, too, is destroyed.
While walking around in the streets, Jiro spots Hideki Goh, although his caretaker doesn't believe him. Shortly after Jiro saw Goh, Zaigon emerges and attacks, trampling buildings.
Ace, and the four Ultra Brothers were sent to Planet Golgota by a fake Ultra Sign, where there were crosses prepared for them while Yapool summons his new Chouju Barabba to destroy the Earth Leaving TAC to battle the Chouju.
With the Ultra Brothers chained to crosses at Planet Golgota, and Ace defeated by Barabba, Yapool created Ace Killer to absorb, & steal the Ultra's Powers in a attempted to defeat Ace.
Yoshimura was given a holiday break by TAC and rides a train to Okayama.

Yapool created his strongest choju called Jumbo King for the final attempt to kill Ultraman Ace, created by combining the souls of the deceased choju: Unitang, Cowra, Mazaron Man and Mazarius. Yapool (in the form of The Child of Alien Simon, and in the company of TAC) unleashed Jumbo King
