Season 1:
Jamie makes an incredible celebration meal of rainbow tomato crostini and an epic slow-roasted lamb shoulder, finished off with strawberry panna cottas and mango caipirinhas.
The chef prepares a feast for people doing voluntary work through the pandemic, from helping at food banks and vaccination centres to sewing PPE. The centrepiece of the meal is salmon decorated and flavoured with rosemary, chillies, capers and anchovies, served with a lemony potato salad and extra sweet oregano and garlic roasted tomatoes. Jamie also serves up cheesy puffs as canapes, strawberry and prosecco cocktails, and a summer pudding made with strawberries, cucumber and Pimm's.
Jamie creates a super-relaxed menu and cooks up a dynamite Mexican taco night of slow-cooked pork belly with red cabbage slaw, followed by a chocolate semifreddo decked with brittle.
So long, soggy sandwiches... Jamie takes the classic picnic up a level with jam jar prawn cocktails, veggie quiches, a garlicky courgette and couscous salad, and a tasty tangerine drizzle cake.
The chef prepares an all-vegetarian menu of curries with a selection of side dishes for a gathering of NHS junior doctors and midwives enjoying a well-deserved night off. On the menu are fragrant coconut squash curry with chickpeas, ginger and spices, golden paneer curry served with a spinach and green chilli sauce, and a smoky aubergine dal, served with fluffy coconut rice infused with cardamom, lemon and saffron milk, and buttery soft fennel naans.
Jamie cooks steak served with twice-cooked crispy potatoes, sweet and sour sticky red onions and a watercress sauce, followed by caramelised pineapple tartlets to top it all off.
Jamie gets the festivities started with a sublime Christmas party menu of bramble cocktails, a stunning beef bourguignon, and a sparkling winter bombe ice cream dessert.
Jamie creates a sensational alternative to the traditional Christmas dinner with an epic mixed roast, an impressive veggie crown and a toffee panettone dessert, to make the big day even more memorable.
