Season 2:
Dr Vikram Sarabhai prepares for a rocket launch, only to learn that the entire space programme may be in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Dr Homi Bhabha prepares to fight for his dreams but is forced to battle for his life.
Vikram’s ambition falters before it can take off. As he struggles to break ground, Mrinalini takes a bold step to claim her right. In the meantime, Homi’s actions force the enemy’s hand. He is invited to battle but is he ready to take it on?
The nation grieves a great loss and a shift of power is orchestrated as political vultures close ranks. Homi and Vikram are forced to take sides. In the face of an uncertain future, will they continue to choose country over self?
Homi faces opposition on all fronts as he races against time, while Indira struggles to come out of her father’s towering shadow. In the meantime, Vikram and Mrinalini battle on the home front while the country faces the threat of another war.
India’s nuclear future is on the line as Homi throws caution to the winds and takes the enemy head on. Meanwhile, Vikram contemplates forgiveness as the rift between him and Homi grows wider.
Vikram takes on a new role, one that is in direct conflict with all his beliefs. As he looks to the future with hope, he is forced to reckon with the past and the secrets buried in it.
A wondrous new chapter begins in India’s satellite programme, while Homi’s plans for the country’s nuclear future start to take shape. But an unforeseen tragedy throws everything off balance.
